Looking past how bad it is competitively, I feel that if I'm just playing with friends, it's one of my favorites. I'd take it over melee for casual play.
It has nice stage choices, item choice, and 2 player SSE is a great ton of fun.
I even got to play brawl yesterday over wiimfii with a friend yesterday. We did some normal matches, cruel brawl and HRC. it was a ton of fun.

Glad you feel that way!

Even if the gameplay is not my taste, does not mean it is not fun. Brawl is a good game despite it being my least favorite Smash Bros. title.

More stuff to mention.

I watched The Incredibles 2, and I can only say two things.

- Jack is freaking adorable. Especially one (Or two actually)scene that involves with Edna.
- Have way better antagonist than Sydrome from the first movie... I mean let's face it... Pixar, eh, same with Marvel Disney also have problems with making a good antagonists. Pixar sometimes have not so good antagonists from time to time, but this The Incredibles 2 nailed it pretty well..

And OHHH
Yeah, I already know Studio TRIGGER is working on an anime opening for Indivisible... man, it would be nice if they actually made one for Skullgirls as well...

And like this post if you think Studio TRIGGER should work on an Indivisible anime series (Half JK, lol).

Oh yeah, it's great for casual fun, not gonna lie.

But any Smash game is fun casually, so it's not like it's an advantage.

Yeah, as a JRPG you explore everywhere lol, but there's no Boots (Any monkey companion) nor Backpack in this game so... I can't compute your "joke"entirely here.

Apparently the Boss theme is dependant on the boss itself. It's not based on route because the split for the first chapters is 5/3. They also changed the theme for Olberic's first boss from the first demo.
Decisive Battle II plays for Olberic, Therion and Ophilia, because their bosses aren't "evil" while the others have Decisive Battle I for their initial bosses.
I only played Therion and Ophilia so I thought it was the same for all of them. But damn, I love all the music in this game.

Now that's interesting, other future JRPGs should take notes on this lol.

I have played Olberic back in the first demo and yeah, you are right, and maybe this is just me but... when it comes to bosses that aren't "evil" took me two tries to defeat them. I fail on my first try with Olberic and fail my first try as well with Therion. I have no problem dealing with Primrose and Alfyn's boss.

it got destroyed, funny enought thought apparently several times the tortoise was dodging pralines shots, a tortoise dodging funny

anyway, since we now got all the essentials all filed on up i focused on beautifying the place, were gonna replace our walkways indoors with granite stone walks and were gonna put a buncha jungle flowers everywhere, it'll look charming i'm certain, also set woomy to make a gigantic marble sculpture so we'll see how that looks

hey....hey @redfeatherraven remember how you said you wanted to be a badass hero? apparently your pawn does as well lol, horrible ****ing couincidence, as he just jumped up gun accracy from 20% to a god damn 96%! he also just gained 4000 points of experience out of nowhere and hes now shooting 3, i swear these pawns are replicates of real life

the improved accuracy is limited but the experience is not, ya aren't gun trained yet but your no longer useless in a fight

anyway we need a ton more electrical equipment if we want to continue improving our base, so i sent uni out on another caravan trip

Also, considering I got a bunch of Ex Pokemon cards when I bought some Pokemon Cards, maybe I should get FEH and Fate, just to make Shishœ annoyed at me getting a load of good draws. :v

The ROM hack I'm playing, Pokémon God of Arena, is basically Gacha Pokémon.

Welp, I have finally finished exams so my holidays start today!

I did what @Shishœ told me and downloaded the second demo from Octopath traveler, and you were totally right, it does feel different, so many quality of life improvements! Time for thoughts about Octopath demo? Yep.

I started with Prim as I said and in the 3 hours I managed to get Olberic and Tressa. I got to where Cyrus is, but didn't have enough time to begin his part of the story. But so far so good! Tressa's story is the least interesting as of now, but both Prim and Olberic has some stuff I'm wondering, so no complaints on that aspect. Visual presentation is gourgeous, as everyone knows, and I'm also a fan of the voice acting. Special mention to the soundtrack, it's fantastic, already have the battle theme stuck in my head hahaha.

On terms of gameplay, they did change the stun order as Shish told me, but this actually opens many layers of strategy that I rather enjoyed. You have to decide to attack someone trying to break him so he doesn't attack, so the targets of your attacks depend on many factors that I have to consider. Do I attack now to avoid him getting his attack, should I just pass the turn to get a boost on a following turn, should I simply defend this...? And the skills are also really interesting, already found some sinergy with Prim and Olberic, since the second can provoke enemies and Prim can boost his defense I can have him tanking the hell out of everyone without worrying too much. I have little experience with RPG's so I don't know how deep it will go, but I was having fun (Sad that the 3 hours limit hit me lol).

One question I have for those who have played the demo, because I'm legit curious if this was a bug or was intentionally put in the game. The amount of experience characters receive are really low, bosses give like 40 experience or so, right? Well, I fought an enemy who was like a rat with a sack on his back, I only dealt 1 damage to him, and I was like "How the hell do I kill him?". But he died after dealing 4 damage to him. The surprise was when the result screen appeared and the level-up sound went off like crazy with me wondering what the hell was happening, just to realize I got 1000 experience points from that battle. Prim and Olberic leveled up 10 times in one combat. Has this happened to any of you guys? The rest of the demo felt really easy because those 2 did insane amounts of damage (Olberic already has more than 1000 health lol), so I'm wondering if I'm just lucky or what the hell happened.

So yeah, I was already going to buy it, but this made me even more excited! I really can't wait to have this game on my hands, it feels like one of those great games on the system, really hoping it sells well.
