Oh **** I forgot to share a BK story with you guys.

Okay this happened a few days ago. A tourist came up to the counter and ordered an OCS. I asked him if he wanted anything else, and then he orders 5 more OCS. I ask for clarification if that meant he wanted six OCS. He goes, "Sir I want one OCS sandwich." and I go, "I understand that, sir. Anything else?" And he goes, "and Five OCS sandwiches" So I just put it down. Asked if he wanted anything else and he says no. But to make sure I got it right I told him what he ordered. One OCS and five OCS.

"I did not order OCS."

Ultimately all he wanted was a double cheeseburger.

So I'm heavily considering becoming at least a semi-serious gaming YouTube content creator.

I have put together a quick survey to gauge people's interest regarding what they like to see on YouTube. If any of you could take a couple of minutes out of your day to fill it out with your honest answers, it would be most appreciated.

The survey will not necessarily decide whether or not I make certain kinds of content. It's more to help me zone in on what might be best to start with, using the data collected from the survey combined with my own feelings on the matter. It is also to gauge demographic interest (age and gender), and it will help me work out a weekly schedule to try to establish.

Aside from age (which uses groupings) and gender (for which I've included a "Prefer not to say" option), there are no personal questions, just questions regarding what you like to see from YouTube content and how you consume content.

I started with Therion because of his design and my liking to Thief characters but I quickly found out he's probably the best character overall to start with.
See, his Path Action, Steal, is luck based most of the time, meaning that just spamming it is risky, they talked a lot about how these work in the past. But the thing is, EVERY NPC in his starting Town has their items with 100% Steal chance, meaning you can just pickpocket the entire Town and get a ****ton of items out of it. I left the area with a bunch of grapes, stringer equipment and all that ****.
And the cherry on top is that he can open locked chests in the overworld, which will likely save headaches of finding locked chests with no way to open them with other characters.

Once I buy the full game I think I'll go back to Primrose for my first time. I'm actually really excited for Octopath, I have little to no experience in regular RPG's (Xenoblade Chronicles was my first one and I played it in 2015), but the demo was really cool and the graphics are fantastic, hopefully it will be a great game.

The new demo has all characters available so you should try it out, especially since they changed a bunch of stuff from the first demo.

I know they have all the characters, but stuff has changed? Really? I mean, apart from having an option to skip cutscenes (Which was missing from the first demo), I really don't know what they could have changed to improve it, the game felt great. But I'll take your advice and download the new demo. Will go Prim either way hahaha.

They did, the first demo was made to gather feedback from players, in fact.
One thing not mentioned here is a big change to the battle system in that you can't lock an enemy into an endless cycle of breaking their defenses, a stunned enemy will have priority in the turn they recover. Back in the original demo, it was incredibly easy to stun a single opponent repeatedly, hell, even two were manageable, making you basically untouchable so I'm glad they changed that.

Oh well, guess that actually makes sense. I felt acomplished by having an enemy stunned forever, but I can understand why they fixed that hahaha. I'm currently downloading the second demo, I guess I'll play it tomorrow when I finally finish exams and can start my holidays.

Also I've been so busy I didn't get to touch Snake Eater for a week and now that I've been able to play again I'm fighting The End so that's ANOTHER week of no Snake Eater lol

whelp majority rules in our colony, we will take up our arms and go raiding the outpost at best convenience for us, still gotta make sure the home on the front is safe and such so don't want to be careless

anyway not much happened, just basically trying to power and organize the whole place so a lotta boring stuff to get through

our other crops are now done, we got medicine and hops all grown now, corn will probably take till spring to finish but we can now process the hops to wort, and fermenate the wort into beer, again we won't have it till spring but we got beer for the rec room on its way now :V

anywho, a lot less building needed to be done, rather just material and matience really, uni and shish got onto electrical work while praline dug, i garden new fields of healing herbs and cotton and lily and yellow made sure to keep an eye on our food and make some beer, everyone else pretty much the same

ah sweet now we can store electricity, so now its prime to build some windmills so we don't have to rely on crappy wood power, already on its way now

also it was around this time i started to notice something

might be a little hard to see but if you squit our place is ****ing dirty, theres dirt and building remains everywhere, blood is covered in the kitchen and the store room, and thers for some reason vomit covering several places from the prisoner we had on day 6! no wonder people are getting stressed we live in horrible smelly and disgusting pig field, so we needed a dedicated cleaner and i put the task up to yellow to clean the whole place top and bottem out so make things bearble around here, it'll take a few days because theres just....so much...**** ugh

anyway windmills are up now, we can finally power our whole place, so much so were not using furnace stoves but move to electrical because were producing a ton more, sadly were in a low wind area apparently so this could be even more but we still get hot spots, though we used up all of our components so we can't build anything electrical anymore, we need to send uni out to do some trading and get more for us, though thats for another time considering the pressing issues

another tortoise got hungry for human flesh lol, whats with these man hating turtles? anyway it happened at near the end of the log so no result for this guy yet, will let ya know in the next one, and besides it'll take him a whole day (in relative time 6 days) to reach our base so ya

ah...look at that our whole base is for the first time lit up, we got lights on everywhere, still plenty off things to do though as you can see with the place markers, hopefully we can secure our home so we can go out raiding soon
