Warframe is coming to Switch.

Panic Button are working on the port, which means is the title they talked about at E3 that they're working on.

This is huge.

Well, that's completely different to most of my playstyles, mine is to literally run the enemy down, cause I usually end up with loads of HP, so I can. :v

Wait, are you calling us losers, or another colony losers?

+ Midnight Lycanroc and Bruxish are the only real duds in the region.
I feel your pain with the former.

Midnight Lycanroc was one of my favorites from the region. Used him in Moon and Ultra Moon.

But damn, was he disappointing. His stats are aren't the greatest, his movepool is lack-luster, his typing left a lot of weaknesses to cover, and he isn't quite what I had in mind when it came to a werewolf Pokemon.

I'm not understanding how Pearl is treating the Octolings in Inkopolis Square.

On one hand, in both times Inkopolis News covered Octolings (Pearl's Fashion Focus section and the upcoming Squid vs. Octopus Splatfest), Pearl has been calling the Octolings "Squidkids with weird hairstyles" and acts likes she doesn't know Marina is one.

On the other, Marina's Chat Room in the Octo Expansion reveals that Cap'n Cuttlefish reveals Pearl Marina's Octarian background and she tells Marina Inkopolis would still welcome her even if they knew the truth then she calls the "Squidkids with weird hairstyles" in Inkopolis Octolings in a later chat.

Is she playing dumb during the Inkopolis News to protect the Octolings from discrimination?

Gears For Breakfast confirmed a long time ago that the game isn't coming to Switch. It's not technically feasible for them to do so.
The reason why they couldn't bring A Hat In Time to Switch is because Nintendo Switch doesn't natively support UE3. With Gears For Breakfast themselves it isn't possible because that's a lot of work to do, but again you may be bothered by hearing this but with how well Switch sales and after A Hat In Time gain them enough revenue, they could ask other studios on help porting the game to Switch.

So again, technically feasible is there, this isn't even have to do with Switch's power.

And even if they don't, the lost is on them, not for me because there are already other platform games, but of course more the better nonetheless.

I mean, it's not that they're unaware of Switch sales. The game literally marketed itself as having "gameplay inspired by Super Mario Sunshine and graphics inspired by Wind Waker", so it's not like they have some sort of anti-Nintendo bias.

But they have been clear that porting the game to the Switch would be more trouble than it's worth. That may change but for now that's how things stand.

Also, this is speculation, but I imagine another reason why they maybe didn't fuss over getting a Switch port out in time, was because Super Mario Odyssey released soon after the initial release of A Hat In Time. They were released in the same month, and the game probably would have sold poorly on Switch at that time as a result.

The game should be playable on low end PCs anyway so most people should be able to run it on PC, and it frequently goes on sale, something that wouldn't happen on Switch. The game also has mod support on PC, including officially licensed mod packs based on other indie games. It's not a game that desperately needs to be on the platform.

I never said they have anti-Nintendo bias lol, but I can see why they got some backlash when they said A Hat In Time won't come to Switch, this is the only official statement from them. At first they said they did consider porting it to Wii U, and when Switch arrives they said they got the dev kit eventually, but yeah they didn't promise they will bring the game to Switch, so that's that. If it wasn't because the game is running on UE3, I think A Hat In Time will come to Switch this year.

Another thing to mention, Rocket League was also UE3 game, thus the port was being handled by Panic Button, Panic Button has track record on porting games from indie studio but not sure if it is worth for Gears For Breakfast to do so.

Not just A Hat In Time, same with Wolfensein II: The New Colossus, it was a very good single player shooting game, but it was released at the time when Odyssey releases.

I'm from a country that has many PC laptop brands (Check Austin's Taiwan video), and last I check even gaming PCs that goes on sale are more expensive than Switch, even with student and summer discounts... I can not buy a PC or better laptop with how much money I am making currently.

And certain video game stores in my country already have Switch that are under 300$/ 9780 NT$.

Moreover, yeah, it's no brainer that PC has all those mods support and customization, but... for those who wants to play A Hat In Time wherever they want I will definitely go for Switch version if they ever have one.
I already got Skullgirls 2nd Encore on my laptop last year's Halloween sale, it runs smoothly, but Steam's Nintendo Pro Controller support is a bit a mixed bag. So I will definitely buy Switch version when it arrives.
