As an aside, I am curious to see how Toon Link and Young Link will fare up against each other.
Toon Link's biggest pro/con was the fact he was a pure zoner, he wasn't about combos as he was set ups and punishes, and given a couple of his changes like his new F-Smash in Ultimate it seems they're pushing further down that route.
Meanwhile Young Link is just Melee. Which is not bad he was better than Link for a reason. Hell if he keeps his full Melee moveset there is a huge potential for combos, especially with his aerials.

It's the best Mario Tennis game since Power Tennis, and it has a story mode this time.
Even just based on the demo I'd say it's worth it.

okay i wont lie it was against those two but it was still a problem against other types/characters as Toad's extreme speed wasn't required and the match would slowly become onesided as Toad couldn't recover from the constant power balls being churned out :^(

also the speed he had was pretty irrelevant when you didn't even know where the ball was going (I will stand by the notion that Rosalina needs a nerf!!!

The real question is how much of Toon Link's Bombs does Young Link take? And more importantly how good will those bombs be?

'Cause Toon Link's bombs were stupid good in 4, now add that to a Melee moveset.

Ah, Camelot, a singularity where the Saber servants you go up against use cheap hax, and your little goddess Euryale will be your savior in this event. It's also one of the few times where Stheno is useful.

That reminds me, I still need to accumulate about 15 golden Archer monuments so that I can Max Ascend my Euryale and Orion, because those two will be my go-to servants for the singularity. Too bad Onegashima doesn't give you any Archer monuments in its shop to make this easier. Now, I have to rely on that weekly Archer daily quest to get them and hope for the best before Camelot comes out.

I'm also very tempted to spend a few Saint Quartz to pull for Ozymandias (best Rider in the game, complete with that awesome Dio voice), but then I remember the summer banner is coming out right after Camelot. Yikes, decisions decisions!

oh yeah i was definitely color countering, but it wasn't helping much as toad still doesn't have any power to his shots compared to other characters

and since it wasn't helping I kept on getting knocked back until I was using zone speed, but the other guy's special bar would fill and they'd just KO the life outta me

Just to mention, Ozy will be a permanent Servant that you can get anytime, much like Xuanzang. Lancer Arthoria, Gawain, Tristan(Story Banner only when not on Rate-up) AND the Limited Swimsuit Servants are the ones who stay stuck to the Rate-Up Banners. Not to mention that there will be one of those Paid Quartz-only Banners that will give a chance of getting Ozy later.

He'll definitely help, but it might be a good idea to have a servant that can stun or charm those Sabers, especially Gawain and Mordred who will be using their Noble Phantasms almost every turn when you face them.

Me, with only Robin Hood for an Archer: "I'm sure I'll be fine."

Robin Hood is a pretty decent Archer, especially once you get his 2 skills to Level 6. Although if you are going to use Robin Hood, I do have my Tamamo ready for you to use with a Lvl 10 Fox Wedding.

That being said, the reason Euryale is super useful for Camelot is that she has an Anti-Male Noble Phantasm that is incredibly effective, 2 ways of Charming, with her NP(which is often 100% guaranteed) and her skill, and she has an NP Drain skill as well. AND she just recently got her 3rd Skill with the Skill Strengthening that gives her a 20%-30% Arts Boost that lasts for 3 turns. And Camelot has tons of Males and tons of Sabers. She's especially useful against Gawain.
