Look. I'm just saying. Amateur writers are often far more concerned with giving their characters cool names than they are writing a good character. I can't stand most science fiction for the overabundance of Xs and I can't stand most fantasy for the overabundance of Ys.

Ok, but for real, naming is probably the hardest part for me, and I can't really think much for their characters if they don't have a name so I when I can't think of anything on the spot I just put some random ass common name on them and sometimes they end up sticking.

If you're gonna invent your character's name, at least do what Tolkien did and justify them by creating an entire spoken language with its hundreds of years of history and its own etymological rules.

Tolkien named an elf "Teleporno" and then invented an entire language to defend that choice.

From taking the first two letters of each 'part' of what I got involving one of those 'Use your names to determine what you would be as "insert thing here".'

If I do get premium at some point, I might change my name to that at some point.

The weekly and word count stuff is probably best explained by just linking you to the challenge itself.

Admittedly the language bit I don't have a proper solution for. I can read Spanish to a degree, but not to a great one.

...although I suppose if it's just a word count, the language the words are in doesn't matter quite as much...

But the theater being packed made it way more fun, because we all got to cheer and **** when the good stuff happened.

When Steve showed up behind the train we all popped like crazy, same when Thor came to Earth with Rocket and Groot.

It almost felt like watching a wrestling event, but with a lot less booing and more laughing because the humor in the film was just fantastic.
