Currently in Showdown, I'm working on Monotype teams for my three favorite types: Dragon, Ghost, and Fighting.

My Ghost-type team is probably the best of the three right now. It's got Doublade, Dhelmise, Golurk, Marowak, Dusclops, and Gengar.

I'm trying to find new games to try out. Need some recommendations for good games I can play by myself. Right now, I got Skyrim, Halo: MCC, Doom, and Diablo III: RoS. I'd prefer if the game is on disc.

I heard of a game called Dragon Age: Inquisition. Is it any good? Saw some high ratings, but I'm not so sure.

Dunno, but most reviews are bashing the lack of launch content, as well as the price, which includes additional things, like SD cards, Powerbanks, and a Pro Controler for a decent experience, all of which bumps the price up to over $500.

The point when those who have the console and give their reviews are those I'm willing to accept.
However, Wired say the Left Joy Con "doesn't work" is a bit extreme if it is mentioning the desync issue. And that issue is very vague, some say they don't have the issue, whereas some say it did happen only occasionally.
Another thng that surprised me is they say that the console won't be fully changed when docking it and play in TV mode. Which is a bit of a bummer.

YouTubers tend to be far less critical due to hype (i.e, Etika) + they're being paid by Nintendo and were given a free console

journalists have no obligation to say nice things about Nintendo

also Polygon has multiple writers on their staff so discrediting them due to one bad seed is really dumb

Uh, Etika is more of an entertainer, he doesn't really review games or consoles. And by the way, Etika didn't get paid or receive a free console. He did small brag on that though in his recent long return test stream.

That's exactly what GamerGate was about though, lol. Exposing how incompetent and corrupt "gaming journalists" were.

And don't get me started on CNET's kickstand fail video…

I'm not going to say what my opinion on the switch is because if I don't like it, people will hate my guts. But if I do like it, people will hate my guts. I guess you can say that I'd have to switch opinions.

More like give your own opinion until you really got the console. With the reviews I've seen, I have decided that I am not gonna get Switch at launch, like how I have initially decided after the presentation. Even with the Splatoon 2 global test fire on the way, I think I will wait until summer.
Actually... it's because of my lack of budget is that reason... suppose I already have the cash to buy, I may still buy the console after launch, a few days until the Splatoon 2 global test fire starts, due to how expensive the Switch is in my country for now.

I get what you mean, but if I want to be a model, I've got to be beautiful. Well, stylistically anyway, I want to be "androgynous". Otherwise I'm looking pretty good, which is what made me want to become one in the first place.

Besides my teeth getting screwed over and such, not because of cavities or anything like that, just peg laterals(which is hereditary) and my front tooth having to get removed.(Because 3rd grade accident.)

Plus, despite me having very little hands on experience with it, I've got a passion for fashion.

I immediately regret not progressing further in this game...

This boss fight reminded me of Kraid...if he was a giant brain slug that shoots lasers that is...

And I got this really neat power-up where I can also summon a small robotic drone to explore through narrow tunnels and stuff, guess this is this game's morph ball...Works generally the same way as the Gulls from Wind Waker as Trace sits idle and you go about doing stuff and you can then sack it off once you've done your thing and regain control of Trace afterwards...
You can literally go anywhere as you aren't restricted to a set radius...well go anywhere as long as it can reach it doesn't have the same mobility as Trace...

Every time I get a new power-up I can't help but think 'This would be awesome in a Metroid game!'

well...actually except for this other power-up I got...

To be fair they were purposely very over the top. And people often criticize the alternate costumes for being so drasticly different, though the point of most of those were basically to represent an alternate concept of the character, that's why they're so different than the original designs.

With that being said, I always like the simple alternate costumes the best, like Geese in his buiseness suit, I would've like to seen alts like that with the rest of the cast to where it's just different attire they'd wear.
