Doubt it, Goten has always been just there and Toriyama hasn't shown any interest in developing him further than being Trunks buddy and lackey. They're not even in the tournament of power.

Meanwhile Gohan has always been a focal point since he showed up and only really changed in the initial Super arcs up until Zamasu.

Then I switched to Golisopod and did first impression to get some damage in.

BAM. hit him for super effective. Still 1 shot Golisopod

Then Ampharos. He couldn't 1 shot ampharos and Signal beam got him down to yellow

With Ampharos still alive I used a revive on Golisopod

One First Impression later and Necrozma was dead

As such, every summonable hero is, in fact, Feh's child. Feh is Bartre's mom and a whole bunch of canon couples are suddenly siblings.
