Mushu. Best job Eddie Murphy has ever done.

Donkey was okay at best, but I think Mushu's number one.
Whoa I didn't know he was the voice for both of these two hilarious characters.
So Nintendo Switch is getting hot looking Mario games, Breath of the Wild, Xenoblade 2, Super Bomberman R, Octapath, Deemo, a Fire Emblem crossover game that's Dynasty Warrior'd (and to an extend, three great Koei ports), a possible new Shin Megami Tensei and Tales title, and FINALLY BlazBlue Coss Tag Battle?!

The Nintendo Switch is looking incredibly hot this year god damn. Looking real tempting.
Speaking of KoeiTecmo, we also be getting Nights Of Azure 2, a hidden gem game in my opinion that I think it has potential but obviously not a game that everyone likes. It is also on PS4 and PS Vita, but in my opinion Switch is obviously the best port. It comes to US on October 27.
"Switch has no games"
"Switch is just a Zelda machine"
pff.... Tobis...
I mean I get it when those who say that is because the games they WANT on the Switch isn't on yet ( and mostly the upcoming ones like Grand Theft Auto, Red Redemption, Destiny 2, Nier: Automata etc...) and when bragging over them over third party support they would later just pointing out every flaws Switch has... sure, virtual console, Youtube, Netflix are nowhere to be seen just yet. Online app is still bad, storage is questionable, but when Switch is getting these games and selling well, as times goes on they are making themselves look bad.
First, that is ONE(there's literally just one, unless you're counting the expanded fights but that'd be silly) of a total of 39 episodes(38? Dunno how many the second season will get in total), that's not even close to "a lot of".
Second, that episode is fully canon as Tsuyu mentions the events and Selkie by name in the manga(alongside Sirius making a cameo later on) while fitting with the overall tone of the series and giving Tsuyu some development so it's not a filler in the traditional sense like "Naruto disguises himself as Sasuke and tries to make him look like an ******* to Sakura but gets diarrhea" or "Kiyo goes to school but the teacher hates him"

My guess on Manlyspirit's perspective is that when it comes to manga adapt to anime, it should always stick to the manga and not adding any additional scenes and episodes but make the scenes in the manga better. Makes sense actually but, no offense, a bit narrow minded in my opinion. Manga (Especially Shounen's) creators don't really have that much time to put all the content they want into the manga. Since you do watch plenty of manga and anime I believe you do know this. So the fillers added into the anime, yes, there are fillers that are utter crap. But as well see in MHA, we get a very good filler episode that has no "WTH" plot, we just see more Asui during her internship that to show what kind of person/hero Asui really is.

Just curious Manlyspirit, what is wrong with filler in anime? I really want to hear about your opinions on this since I already give out my thoughts on anime fillers.

The phystical and d-digital version are about the same, it's really your choice.
B-but for my convenience, if your 3DS is new, you could try the digital version. If not, you could try the p-physical version.
Though... I've heard of bugs with the d-digital versions, but it happens only very r-rarely. In fact, it only happens on the digital version of Mario & Luigi: Dream Team Bros, and other f-few more games, but you should be fine for the rest of it...

Well then, I definitely have to disagree on your opinion, I personally love the Froppy episode, and not just Asui we also get to see more of Bakugo and Uraraka's internship.

You might not agree with this but as I said before, filler in anime are not always a bad thing.
It's not always a bad thing, you're correct, however, in the case of the Froppy episode, I felt it killed the pacing of the story due to its placement. Plus the difference in the quality of the writing compared to the rest of the story is noticeable.

First, that is ONE(there's literally just one, unless you're counting the expanded fights but that'd be silly) of a total of 39 episodes(38? Dunno how many the second season will get in total), that's not even close to "a lot of".

I feel you misunderstand. I never said I disliked S2. I simply said S1 was much stronger than S2, as a standalone. And the only reason I make this distinction is cause the two are often listed as two separate series. Overall it's still a great show, but if we're gonna judge and compare S1 to S2 as standalones, S2 overall isn't as tight as S1, and the pacing stutters a bit with the inclusion of some rather average and unnecessary filler.

Whereas I might give S1 as solid 9/10, maybe even 10/10 even, S2 I'd rank at more of an 8, simply due to pacing issues and overall not being as impacting as S1, despite it having some very hype moments (yes, that tournament arc was 10/10, totally worthy of being ranked up there with Togashi's stuff).

Remember, I'm judging the anime as a separate entity to the manga, and thereby judging each part as a separate entry as it's produced. If I'm to judge the entire thing as a whole, I'd say it's great, and totally worth a watch, a solid 9/10 all throughout, because in the grand scheme of things, the little filler it does have is mostly harmless, however, again, if we're to rank it as a standalone and compare it to S1 which is by far more solid, that would be one of the weaknesses of S2 in contrast (that, and the intros not being as good - especially that 3rd one).

The Princess and the Frog is one that might be a tad underrated, imo.

Personally, I liked it quite a lot. I don't see people talk about it very often compared to many others, though.

Oh, and when I was younger, Stitch was like my favorite thing ever. Loved the TV series to death, watching it almost any time it was on when I could, and at one point I even had a Stitch-themed birthday cake. It's definitely still one of my favorite Disney movies today, Even if the Lion King tops it now.

I thibk you misunderstood me, I never said anything about your opinions on the respective seasons and this does not address any of the points I made.
I was especifically talking about your point on "a while lot of filler" which is untrue

I have something to m-mention...

Is it just me, or is the latest N-Nintendo Direct not working on my S-Switch? I've tried it on PC too, b-but it won't work...
It did work on my 3DS, t-though. I wanted to tell you this because I t-thought it's strange that the video would only work on my 3DS... Please do g-give me a like if you have the same problem...

And before you tell me about internet, m-my internet is working fine. It's very fast... how could it not work on loading Nintendo Direct v-video? It's a serious problem for w-who wanted to see the Nintendo direct, but didn't have 3DS or had Switch, which wouldn't work at all in loading the video... I've also tried watching it on Y-Youtube, but it said it was private...

When I notice episode 19 was going to be a filler episode, I actually did feel disgust a bit, but after I saw Asui's performance in this episode, I gave this episode a pass and a thumbs up.
Do you mind on explaining on why why you think the Froppy episode "killed" the pace of of the story? It's placed after Stain arc and before the entire internship ends. If you just think you prefer the anime just stick to the manga and hope that they didn't make Froppy episode and just jump to episode 20, hey that isn't bad at all, but again this filler episode may not be necessary but worth it in my opinion. So, my guess is that you think the relevance of the main story is more important I see? I actually agree, but again, this filler is in line with the story, not a non-canon or irrelevant filler.

My another guess is that you feel S2 is more loose is because, well, that's what season 2 is all about. We have school festival arc, then Stain arc, and then mid-exam arc. S1 basically is just Izuku entering UA and then encounter the villains for the first time, it was a great start for the anime series. S2 just expands and gives you more glimpse on the story.
So... was Froppy episode unnecessary? Perhaps, but does it "kill" the pace of the story? I don't think so.
I thibk you misunderstood me, I never said anything about your opinions on the respective seasons and this does not address any of the points I made.

Some scenes were alternated in the anime, but I don't think that count as a filler.
FYI, the first skit where Mt. Lady and Midnight were talking about the exposure of hero costumes, that was in the manga.
And yeah, we also get to see what did Mineta witness during his internship with Mt. Lady in the anime whereas in manga we didn't. He basically just doing chores for her and turns out she is a lazy women. And Jirou also getting some minor spotlight. But that's just only a couple of seconds of filler and doesn't kill the pace of story at all.

Entering Fire Emblem Heroes:

Bringing feels to all Hector fans:
Hector: You all go ahead. I want to talk with Marth about something.
Marth: You wish to speak with me?
Hector: You say you've seen the future... So does that mean you've seen mine as well? You know what happens next?
Marth: I do...
Hector: My axe is named Armads... It once belonged to a Berserker. I remember something he once said... "You desire strength? Then prepare yourself. Once you have gained such power... Your life will not end in a comfortable bed. You will die on the battlefield. In the savage garden of war's bloody delights."
Marth: The Berserker we fought here received his power by entering into a contract with Armads. And then—
Hector: I know the story. It's the same as mine. So I guess that means it really is my destiny to die on the battlefield... Don't tell Eliwood and the others, all right? They don't need to worry themselves over this.
Marth: Yes, Hector... I promise. You are a true Hero. I am honored to have met you.

If Binding Blade Echoes becomes a thing(or Binding/Blazing 2-in-1 pack), I'm positive, if not certain, that they will make Hector's death much more sad.

Now for my first free summon from the new Banner. Let's see what I get.

What is this dread that I feel hovering over me? It's like the eyes of a thousand Oscar-winners just turned to look at me with malice.

And can I have the source of this because i dont thinkits confermed that coming to switch
Uhh I think I was being impulsive back there. Shouting my mouth when only just a few people I hear have been recently making that possibility. Sorry about that. Granted I did missed the live stream since I was studying second year **** and should have followed up on that immediately. But I mean, new characters, so that's something at least right? :rotfl:

This is just as awkard as when I thought I heard someone here say Persona 5 might go to the Switch LMAO.

Hm... Nights of Azure huh. Just like Xenoblade, Yakuza, Code Vein, Toukiden, and maybe Etrian Odyssey, is a particular series I'm interested in.

Do people still do that? Well actually to be honest, I shouldn't expect first impressions to stop being so cold shouldered anyway. I still remembered when people say at the very beginning that Nintendo Switch was going to be dead real early. But then again, these are the same people from Gamefaqs so take what you will from it. But oh well. Back to Nier, Overwatch and Destiny they go.

If that's still their belief, then I gotta say they're missing out on great Switch exclusives (I'm already sold on Bomberman). Breath of the Wild especially; just like FF XV, looks like a grand master piece.

After checking my economy, I'll do a serious effort to get a Switch before the end of the year.

S1 I gave it 9/10 too, but S2 yet to be rated (S2 isn't even over yet and you gave it a score already? Just saying, sorry)
Hm... I really don't understand your definition of "impact", if you are talking about the fighting scene... you will get to see it. MHA may be a hero anime but it's not always about fighting and battling.
Ok, I will forgot about this later on ward, but this was what @Shishœ had the most problem about your opinion when you said S2 had " a lot of fillers". I know you might just be exaggerated but you see why Shishoe misunderstood your opinion?
S1 again, doesn't have that many arc so that's why it feels more solid, S2 just have a lot of things going on and it's even not over yet.
Well, there goes your another sort of unpopular opinion... not saying it's wrong, but I also need to ask... what is not good about the S2 intros? They were pretty good, not the best but definitely not good either.
@Shishœ watching LWA with friends. They seem to like Croy a lot
Also Samus Returns kicked me *** in half an hour.
AND LILO AND STITCH IS BEST DISNEY MOVIE
Croix to be exact, yes, she is a cool character/antagonist.

I'm talking about some Youtubers, most actually just for click bait, whereas some did gave their own honest thoughts and then will admit they were wrong, like Haedox. Some just remain silent or just only post negative reports on Switch...

Might as well get you up to date on a couple Sun & Moon event Pokémon in the west.

First there is Pikachu in a cap starting September 19. You can get a code to get ONE of these cap Pikachu (you can't get all with one code so choose wisely):

09/17 - 09/25 Original cap
09/26 - 10/02 Hoenn cap
10/03 - 10/09 Sinnoh cap
10/10 - 10/16 Unova cap
10/17 - 10/23 Kalos cap
10/24 - 10/30 Alola cap

I think I'll go with Sinnoh. There is also one for Pikachu in a cap based on the one from the "I Choose You" movie. Only in Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon

Next is a :4charizard: only for North America that you get at Target. October 1-14

Details
Level: 50
Held Item: Red Card
Ability: Blaze
Moves:
Dragon Dance
Flare Blitz
Fly
Earthquake

Thought y'all would like to know.

Toy Story brought us many great things.

Hamm's side comments, carpet pulls, a Mr. Potato toy kissing his own ***, and @Space Stranger.
I was legit terrified of Zerg when I watched Toy Story as a 5 year old.

My siblings would mock me to no end because of that.

So I just read that the Oakland Athletics announced that they have plans to build a new ballpark in the Peralta College area of Oakland. I don't particularly like the Athletics, but I hope this gets approved. Their current ballpark at Oakland Coliseum is a complete junkyard.

Ok this is one movement Ill support in Splatoon. #Octopush. Asking for Playable Octolings
Is there medicine or bruise on the dog that he/she shouldn't be scratching at?
Yeah, he has an infected mass on his bottom that the vets said has questionable cell structure. He has to wear the cone for two weeks and take antibiotics until it heals and his pills run out. They are gonna do a test to see if the mass is cancer or not

Lilo and Stitch. Absolutely a wonderful and timeless childhood experience. Simply put magical. Just like The Lion King.

Oh and Mulan. Can't forget Peter Pan. Might as well put in Jungle Book. Fantasia especially can follow suit too.

I've got a number of Disney movies that I really like. Wall-E was definitely my favorite Pixar movie. Lion King was pretty good too.

As for Disney Princess movies? Beauty and the Beast and Tangled are definitely up there, the latter having both my favorite Disney Princess and Disney Prince.
