The Cleveland Indians now have the 2nd longest winning streak in MLB. It's just exciting to see Cubs won the World Series last year, hope MLB's second World Champion drought can also end this year.

This reminds me that 2003 ALCS and NLCS actually had a chance to exceed the Cubs + Indians 176 year drought combo. The Boston Red Sox and Chicago Cubs nearly win the series (85+95=180 years!), but one lost because of a goodbye home run in game 7 and another lost because of a fan catching the foul ball in game 7.

Since my fav team Orioles chance of going to the post season is really slim, I will be rooting for Indians. If Nationals advanced to World Series, well...

On an update on the reflection from last night, I did in fact spend about two hours today in disabling pain including a lovely episode of setting a new record for the number of things my body decided to eject at the same time.

The sweating and almost suffocating myself in snot a couple of times was a new one. The vomiting is becoming a new favorite too.

. . .Just take this thing out of me, I don't even care anymore. I don't want it.

The sweating and suffocating sounds similar to the anxiety attack I had on Monday. I legit felt so miserable, sick, and helpless it was frigging terrible.

Though I suppose it's different in my case. Here's hoping everything goes well for you.

Not a fan of metroid at all, cant seem to like it

Same for me.

Metroid has been one of those series that I just can't get in to, no matter how hard I try. It doesn't have the same magic touch that Zelda has IMO.

Though that's not implying that it's bad in anyway of course. It has to be worth something to get all the critical acclaim it gets.

the baby metroid saves samus's life at one point in the fight and drains ridley at the end of each phase after the fact, which does help explain why samus is so ****** emotionaly after super metroid the thing saved her ass multiple times, the ridley bit is still dumb, but now her going on about the baby is slightly more justified

I notice something in this trailer and compare to the both Japan E3 trailer.

"The blade he calls Pyra, have flame that lie something deeper" same part in Japanese trailer was some to be said by the military uniform girl. Awkward is... her Japanese voice actually sounds more boyish...

Turns out that Japanese Xenoblade Chronicles 2 have additional dialogues. Reyn: Oh, C'mon.... that's not fair
The "Military uniform girl" seems to be saying something to Rex and Homura/Pyra. Something about Blade and Driver, before that another girl's voice seems to be saying "Driver of the Egis, is Rex?" (this is my "guess translate", I do learn Japanese but I'm barely learned some vocabulary and sentence structure). She's probably saying Rex and Homura are both useless as blade and driver, again I might be wrong.

Homura/Pyra said something after this.

This part was said by a dude in Japanese, at least I know it wasn't said by Hikari.

So there are actually some minor differences/addition dialogues in the Japanese trailer... don't know why...
Nevertheless, Rex sounds way better and just like Shulk in Japanese.

So compare to this one, Pyra was saying "That, is our own dream!", she already said it in the E3 Japanese trailer.

And the dude voice in the first trailer... was actually the military uniform girl or lady we should called now...

I'm also be making the dialogue for the Direct trailer. I will only being doing the story part. Not Azurda's part.

Here is the first one with a few correction:

Rex: Story goes when the world was young, everyone and Alrest lived on the world tree. Together with our divine father, the Architect. They call that paradise, Elysium.
Rex: (To Pyra) You're a... blade?

Well, that's definitely extra incentive to get Elincia. I already was planning on it since I love the character and she'd be my pick for TT, but her having those stats will make her perfect for the team I'm trying to make with Valter and Minerva/Michalis.

BK looks great too, though I consider it funny he's faster then Ike (well, non +SPD Ike, they tie in that case) when speed was the latter's main advantage over him in PoR.

I don't like Animal Crossing either. That, Pikmin, Chibi-Robo, Splatoon, ARMS, and Metroid are the Nintendo series I just could never get in to.

Then there's other series (not necessarily Nintendo) where I only like one game or a certain sub-set in the franchise. I love Megaman Legends despite not caring about the Megaman core series.

I keep getting jaded by the lack of Smash news, even though I shouldn't be holding it against them since I don't know the big picture, and the Direct had a lot of interesting stuff even without the long-awaited two slashes and fire. The biggest surprises were Lyn finding her way into FE Warriors--meaning Celica's also coming, who oughta be interesting, and Navarre means there're probably several more characters who aren't on the leaked box art--and Bethesda going all in on the Switch. Seriously, who'd have thought we'd be able to shoot demons and Nazis on a Nintendo system so soon after third parties all but abandoned the Wii U? Then Xenoblade 2 looks amazing and has top tier worldbuilding just like its predecessor, Octopath Traveler is intriguing, Kirby: Star Allies' ability combos are as complex as I was hoping they'd be, a certain rock wolf is getting a lot of attention (What? Vindication counts a little.), and Mario Odyssey looks like an absolute blast to play.

Now if only I could afford any of it...


But, on the bright side, things have turned around a bit in FE Heroes. I pulled Brave Lucina last night two nights ago after almost reaching a 5% pity rate, and this happened just now:
