With how many Super Rings there are and how easy to run into them is, it is a tad disappointing they didn't just add the Super Emeralds and Hyper forms.

Especially since it looks like that was the plan at some point.

Capcom is truly a dying breed. These are the guys who made the Ace Attorney SE literal gold and charged something like 150000¥ for it (might be off by an order of magnitude). At this point you can't even get mad at them anymore, it's like a huge joke.

The Dissidia beta just got another update, people are saying the matchmaking has gotten a lot better.

That would explain why I suddenly couldn't find matches, since everyone must have been updating. I look forward to trying it out tomorrow.

I'd also like to say that I had barely any laggy matches today, the vast majority were silky smooth. I think it's because all of the people with bad connections are losing interest and haven't been playing. Plus now that I'm at Gold rank, I'm playing mostly with good players who overcame the connection issues other players gave them, so now all of the people with good connections are in the higher tiers.

I finished off the Synchro Summon Dimension arc in YGO Arc-V, took a break before starting the Xyz arc to watch Digimon Adventure tri.

My thoughts on it so far is that there's a lot of angst and not enough knowing of what the **** is going on and I'm just finishing the third movie.

I honestly dont have much to day about the season. It's nice that a lot of stuff is set up I guess? New characters like

were pretty nice. Was defintely a fan of Blake's awkward converstaion before Sun barged in. Was nice.


The teaser was pretty neat too. I'm a little sad it was a flashback, because I like her old outfit. Was especially happy for the reference to Mirror Mirror. That song followed me through some dark times. . .Now the wait for the next season begins.

Also, with me playing Persona 4, and being caught up for RWBY, i'm getting ready for Blaz Blue Cross Tag battle pretty nicely. Can't wait to main the team of Weiss and either Naoto or Yosuke

The "Quick Hero Battle" mini-game for FE Heroes just went up. It's pretty simple, just pick the character with the weapon triangle advantage against the given enemy (for this game, colourless beats colourless, it seems). If you get a high score, you get a wallpaper, and if you get a high enough score across the duration of the event, you can get orbs and stuff in Heroes.

Technically you can only play it twice a day, and if you want to play more, you have to post to Twitter about the game. But all you have to do to get around it is click the "tweet" button, and then close the tab. It doesn't actually check if the tweet was posted.

Also, it's only playable on mobile. There's probably some way around it, but since you have to react quickly, I can't imagine using a mouse would give you an advantage anyway.

Rise can be pretty annoying what with her being an attention needie but she's better than Teddie at least. Yukiko was the MVP imo.

I haven't seen Dragonball Evolution. Though to be honest, I don't hold Dragonball Z in a particularly high regard as it is regarding storytelling. So I doubt I'd see it as being as big of an injustice. I mean yeah, you'd lose the style so I would assume it's a dull and boring adaptation, but DBZ doesn't have a lot of substance to begin with.

Death Note isn't the best anime ever by any stretch but for the most part I think it has an overall compelling and engaging narrative, on top of it's style. The Netflix adaptation just craps on both.

Dragon Ball Evolution is based off of Dragon Ball, not Z.

And then there's Yggdrasil being the big bad again, because we haven't beaten that plot point to death.

Overall I'm not a fan of the slow burn build up but at least that means the final two movies should be pretty meaty.
