Metroid Prime 4 just won Nintendo the entire thing from my point of view, they didn't even need to show anything from it, just the fact that the franchise is living again is amazing.

With Prime 4, Kirby and Pokémon 2018 is already looking incredibly strong for the Switch. Must say I'm very surprised not to see Smash though, maybe it isn't a given that it'll come to the Switch like I thought.

I could see Smash being announced at the end of Nintendo's little circuit of tourneys, but I'm still not holding my breath.

I wouldn't say the ending was abrupt at all. They ended on what was probably their strongest and most bombastic trailer of the bunch, featuring their mascot, and right at the 25 minute mark, like they said.

What I meant was that I expected Reggie to come out and say a few words to end it off. Mario as the finale was expected, but I wasn't expecting the presentation to end right away.

They ended off on a high note though, don't get me wrong.

So guys... about Smash, the Best Buy leak (which yes, is a bit shaky in it being true or not) had 3 games in it, that being SMASH, Pikmin, and Dragon Quest. The Spotlight did not actually mention these three games and Nintendo is planning on announcing 3 games over the next 3 days. It's awfully coincidental, but I'm not giving up hope until after the 15th, and I don't think you guys should give up hope either.

As far as I can tell, there were no hints towards that fact, and it's only been a little more than a year since content for Smash 4 finished being released.

I just don't feel like it'll happen. It's too soon.

- New Kirby looks alright. Doesn't spark the hype train for me, but will be watching.
- Not hyped for Rocket League itself but excited to hear about cross-platform compatibility.

- Playing Fire Emblem Warriors on mute.

The other:

They were just confirmed though. No actual revealing.

If they had actually shown something, even just art, I'd be more inclined to agree, but they didn't. The rest of it, while good, didn't get me going wild.

I didn't hate it, I'm pretty excited for it but just showing a logo is not hype worthy in the least.
