I also don't see the appeal in it, although I always assumed that for some people, they don't really care much or don't actually fawn at the relation bit and just see it as another boy and girl that look good together. Cause really, if you didn't know they were related and they got along together, it's possible that you'd see them as a good pairing too.

Wait, what.

I have no idea what's being talked about here as I tend to be out of the loop on nearly everything ever, but that's. . .horrible. What happened? Who was this guy and what if anything led up to this?

From my research, Mr. Anime was a down to earth anime review who used to be big in the early 2010's next to Forneverworld and several others. He would usually have some form of sketch comedy, being just as charismatic as JonTron. I only heard of him through a recent off hand comment on Gamefaqs, and I was never aware of Forneverworld's secondary channel.

Then he started to do research on and study serial killers Ad that's where things took a dark turn. The first warning was his last video talking about a new job he's gotten (which could have been part of his research), he also shot three people while doing this research, killed his parents because he didn't want to be caught, and wrote a letter in detail about his murders. Yes, it's just as ****ed up as it sounds. He was eventually caught and got sentence to prison for life after his crimes. At least RogerBase and King of Lightning didn't become underground killers like him.

Oh, and for extra luls, that Chick Tracts TV Tropes page I mentioned earlier said Tolkien was actually the one who converted CS Lewis.

Although it also said Tolkien was Catholic, and Chick goes way beyond the usual Fundamentalist hatred of Catholics all the way to thinking Catholics are an ancient conspiracy created by Satan himself and that the Catholic Church invented Islam. . . .IIRC, I'm taking the TV Tropes page and my few days old memory's word for it.

Who here reads books (like novels) for a hobby? I really have no interest to start any book but my parents repeatly push me to do even I tell them no. Books are simply not my thing.

I like reading, and school didn't kill my interest, unlike many people here. Stuff like lengthy book reports and such are thankfully not asked of students here. Never got that far into novels (only read a few - like The Alchemist, Mein Kampf and My Experiments with Truth)

In fact, my school history textbook was actually the book that made me interested in history as a whole. It was seriously well-written, and is the reason while I sometimes spend hours browsing history topics on Wikipedia.

That's kind of what I said. We weren't forced to read anything other that the school textbooks (and forced only in the sense that you need to read them for tests), so it didn't kill my interest in reading.

It really depends. Mostly I don't read as it's not a habit or a hobby. On the other hand, as a person who read about 60 Hardy Boys books, a bunch of Nancy Drew books and other similar detective books, I do like detective/mystery books and novels. I also did read the Harry Potter books and the Lord of the Rings books. Oh, and I did read alot of old books, like Red Badge of Courage, The Three Musketeers, Ivanhoe, and etc back then. Heck, one of my favorite books is 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.

But otherwise, I really do not read much in terms of modern books. Actually, that's somewhat not true. While I really do not read much, I did actually read some of Discworld. While I haven't read all of them at the moment, I have read a whole bunch, especially the City Watch Books. And truly, Samuel Vimes is the !@#$%^& best. R.I.P. Sir Terry Pratchett.
