When was it anyways? Beyond the codename stuff there's no real connection between the Adventure titles and Unleashed. Heroes and 06 had more of a connection.

there have been so many attempts to make SA3 and there's just been so much time inbetween SA2's release and now that at this point it's just another Duke Nukem Forever scenario. whatever comes out of it, good or not, it won't live up to the hype and nostalgia.

not to say that I think SA3 would be a washed up turd like DNF but it wouldn't be a masterpiece like everyone's hoping.
