Nah. The game would feel empty with no X-Men or Doom. I mean, I'd understand why, but the backlash would be enormous. Remember when Mega-Man was excluded from both releases? Multiply that by each cut character. Wouldn't be pretty.

Black Knight was definitely better (though no one admits it).

I highly disagree.

Secret Rings is Sonic's Star Fox: Zero.

It has it's flaws but they aren't the controls and it's still a good game.

It also had one of the best Sonic stories ever, and at least had a really good soundtrack which Mighty No. 9 couldn't even accomplish.

Speaking of up to date on the manga, what did you think of the most recent chapter?

Before I elaborate, I'll warn that MASSIVE spoilers for Attack on Titan are on the spoiler box below. Anyone not up to date with the manga should refrain from reading this.

Spoiler: Attack on Titan massive spoilers - You have been warned!

Possibly one of the best chapters of the entire manga.

Perhaps I'm exaggerating, but it really embodied the thematic of the story. They did win against the Colossal Titan and the Armored Titan at long last. The battle was quite intense and, once again, similar to previous battles like that of Trost District to seal the wall earlier in the story, it's not without sacrifice. Plenty of the Survey Corps members died, one of them being Armin, a main character.

It has plenty of impact. I was quite shocked at Armin's death, who gave his life for something bigger. He was actually one of my favorite characters given he was the more levelheaded of the main trio (Eren, Mikasa and Armin). I do wonder what this chain of events will mean in regards to character development.

I liked the audacity of the author to kill off a main character like that! There's plenty of plot armor in many shounen titles, so it comes off as a breath of fresh air. Of course, that doesn't mean his death was meaningless as he was the distraction needed to lure the Colossal Titan. Overall, it's a realistic approach to the war theme the manga has.

No matter if it's a major or minor character, they're all soldiers under the same risk of perishing in battle. At the same time, the characters are developed and it's difficult to not sympathize with them to a degree.

It's also nice to see that Hange survived. She's another one my favorite characters.

There are plenty of questions now: anything regarding the Beast Titan (who's a very frightening character IMO and a great villain as a result), the basement of Eren's home and, more importantly, how will Armin's death play into the story as I mentioned before. I mean, who will take on Armin's role from now on? Mikasa? Jean? It's one thing to look forward to.

All in all, it was a really great chapter. I was quite impressed when I read it.

SEGA Forums got pretty enraged at Lost World, so I'm not sure how universal that sentiment is. I mean, granted, they're the equivalent of angry Melee fanboys over there with at least two different general ideas of what Sonic "should" be, but I don't have any other way of measuring how it was received.

Generations was definitely epic, though. One of my favorite Sonic games. It's just too bad that so many people are obsessed with putting down Sonic that people tend to brush it's existence under the rug whenever he comes up.
