Depending on how much it gets boosted by its probably going to need much more special attack if it is going to actually be usable.. 35 base special attack doubled is still going to deal less damage than a physical set especially with a base 120 attack.. it's the same with umbreon but reversed attack stats.. everything else looks fine.. though I do have one question.. would Sylveon get stab to Dragon, Fairy, or both?

As for Sylveon, it gets Dragon STAB. Debatied on giving it additional Fairy STAB with Fairy Kin but I felt it might of been too much.

TBH, would it really be bad if Camelot, Intelligent Systems, or Monolith Soft were to revamp The Mysterious Murasame Castle into an RPG?

It's not like any old school Kid Icarus fans had a problem with Uprising being a rail shooter/action game hybrid.

. . .Moooost of them didn't. I've actually seen one or two complain about it, it's just nowhere proportionally close to the number of people who complain about not getting, say, a 2D Metroid game or a Classic Sonic game.

I'm just clarifying, though. Since people in the US didn't even grow up with Murasame Castle, it'd probably have even less backlash at least stateside than Kid Icarus did.

Ah I was thinking that it was going to be really hindered by ability if it was going to have it's weaker stat raised while its better attack stat would have done more damage than it could possibly do if it didn't get NP

I don't think it'll matter much since it's still going to get walled by Steel.. unless it gains access to a move that can handle them lol (minus HP)

They all get additional coverage as do the original forms. I'll post more moves in a few. Right now I'm farming BP.

Currently at Grunty Industries in my Banjo Tooie playthrough. Love this theme song and it reminds me a lot of Hideout Helm from DK64. Kirkhope's score for BK, DK64, and BT are all amazing.

The only fighting game series I have been familiar with is Smash Bros. I played some Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (not Ultimate) and Super Street Figther IV 3D Edition five years ago, but I couldn't get into both.

I imagine he'd be a little more like Omega Red, which could be okay.

But honestly, Venom and Green Goblin are higher hopes for me. Aside from Spider-Man himself anyway. Punisher could also be a cool Spider-Man character to add.

You have to realize this is their legal department, NOT Nintendo themselves.

None of their higher up didn't care and it's mostly lawyers doing what they're supposed to do but in return, it screws up the process people wants and even then through out all this carp, games like AM2R for our before the DMCA like literally before it and atleast Nintendo didn't shut it all down, they could have done that YEARS ago

How much more clearer does it have to be for you guys to understand that these decisions are by Nintendo, not just some lawyers that go off and do what they want? They receive these instructions from Nintendo themselves. This is how Nintendo operates, and it's been shown they are this way even since NES era.

Yes, that IS what I'm insinuating. That is, that it's a lost sale.

For folks that own a 3DS, here are their options:
1. Buy the VC release
2. Don't play AM2R
3. Get both.

For those WITHOUT a 3DS:
1. Don't play AM2R
2. Buy a 3DS or tough ****. No one's entitled to play Metroid II, fan remake or otherwise.

The issue comes from the people who WOULDN'T buy Metroid II but WOULD download AM2R. Those are lost sales because a free, enhanced version exists. It doesn't matter that they wouldn't have bought Metroid II. If they wouldn't have, they shouldn't be allowed to play an enhanced fan version for free.

It is a myth that if someone pirates, they would've bought the title. Pirates most of the time pirate because they 1. don't have the money or 2. because it's free, they would've never bought the game otherwise and it's never a "lost sale" when someone pirates because you can't equate someone pirating as a potential purchase because one is free and one isn't.

If someone's going to buy a game, they will go buy it.

I don't support pirating and don't believe Nintendo should either, so the third point is moot.

No one here is supporting piracy, but to act like rom hacks of pirated Game Boy games from 16 years ago is effecting Nintendo's brand in a negative way is ludicrous when all the evidence shown by now shows that newer releases still sell great and arguably higher than in the past on certain titles.

The issue comes from the people who WOULDN'T buy Metroid II but WOULD download AM2R. Those are lost sales because a free, enhanced version exists. It doesn't matter that they wouldn't have bought Metroid II. If they wouldn't have, they shouldn't be allowed to play an enhanced fan version for free.

So what you're saying is if a fan makes a poster, and Nintendo sells poster, but a fan never thought to buy a poster from Nintendo but thought to buy one from a fan, that shouldn't exist? People should be allowed to play something without it being considered as a potential sales loss, and I think it's naive to consider it so.

I've said it before and I'll say it again.

Punch-Out!! and Rhythm Heaven would work really well as mobile titles since their controls are more simplistic, their rounds can be completed in a short amount of time, and they're eye catching and colorful.

Those are both perfect. I really want to see a Rhythm heaven game now on mobile. It could be so good.

I was opposed to the idea at first but I reckon AW going mobile will help it's chances of being revived on the Switch and will bring more brand awareness to the series. AW is perfect for mobile anyways.

Also a DKC game for mobile would be great. Hopefully something very similar in style to the SNES ones. I would play the crap out of that.

Looking back at Zero's day in the current edition of Rate Their Chances, there were a few people who believed that Smash would get X before Zero, even though Classic Mega Man is already on the roster with X as part of his Final Smash, and crossovers featuring Mega Man characters at most only have one playable incarnation of Mega Man even if multiple Mega Man series are represented (MvC2 had Classic Mega Man and Roll alongside Tron and Servbot from Legends but no MegaMan Volnutt, TvC had MegaMan Volnutt representing Legends while Roll and Zero were the sole representatives of the classic and X series, respectively, etc.).

Which had me wondering, how does anyone feel about more than one Mega Man being playable in a crossover like MvCI or Smash 5/Smash 4 Switch (just to name a few examples)? Do you think it might happen one day? Would you want it to happen?
