Because I sure as hell like torturing myself
And yes, I'll also be resetting, in my case for a Modest Popplio

We already have two Poison/Dark Pokemon though...
Though I really want a Dark/Electric and a Dark/Bug new Pokemon and not just a mega like everyone throws around
And I want a Water Pokemon that evolves into a Fire/Ice by being able to isolate all energy in one place while the water part of its body gets frozen

Not to become another Fumi-Chan, it's clear that they are doing this to capture the Yo-Kai Watch audience in Japan.

Or doing it out of pressure after the Great Pokémon League Failure of Kalos. Trying to avoid pissing off those fans with another Pokémon League loss.

I've heard some people theorize it may have to do with Yo-kai Watch's success in Japan, which follows a similar style.

Good thing I've stopped caring about the Pokémon anime years ago. That way, I wouldn't even join the legions of fans embarrassingly themselves over a formulatic loss. This had been happening for many many Pokémon shows yet this time it was seen as a problem. Oh, and they still aren't satisfied after Ash get his first "real" kiss too.

Wave Race was alright.

But it doesn't have the wackiness of Mario Kart nor the speed of F-Zero.

So it's just kinda there for me.

The sarcastic announcer was funny though.

I heard the recent update gets rid of any progress made on any year two things, like GB2016, Harry Potter, and Adventure Time. This might be a fix for that bug.

Just watched both episodes of the anime.

It was actually pretty good, on par with XY's first two imo. The humor doesn't over saturate it and it also has some pretty interesting stories going.
Team Skull were cool and ride around on motorcycles.

The gang looks pretty good and I like their characters.

I wonder what egg Oak had them give Samson. Eevee?

Tapu Koko is a stalker but pretty cool. It also gives Ash the freaking Z-Ring.

It also trains with Ash by teaching it how Z-moves work.

Which was pretty cool.

Calling it now, Ash either catches it down the line, or he'll team up with it to stop some greater evil down the line. Catching would be amazing. It already follows him already and seems to have chosen him.

I'd recommend watching.

Yokai Watch is actually a success somewhere? How is this the first time I heard anything about it?

I'm pretty sure they had already planned the SM anime way before the Kalos League finals aired

Not that I want to play the game of "Find the hypocrite", but you can't say a Wave Racer has no potential when she was on the same boat.

In Wii Fit Traimer's defense, she had a hell lot of material to work with. A lot if we include the various Yoga poses and Strength Training exercises. So no, she's not remotely comparable to a Wave Racer.

All you do in Wave Race is motorboating from start to finish. You can't translate that into a Smash environment, even using "magic waves" that appear when the vehicle moves would look stupid and unrealistic (even more so than R.O.B.'s nechanics). Not even giving them a Kamen Rider fighting style out of nowhere like Sakurai did for Falcon would work.

Please, give me some real examples of how a Wave Racer would work?
