I figured out my Sun/Moon teams should I get lucky with getting a male Ralts on the GTS during the story mode.

As a heads up, the Unown is where Gallade would be.

For my first playthrough:

And my second playthrough:

Long story short, Salazzle does a good job keeping both teams balanced. Also helps that Salazzle has been growing on me as a Pokemon (I'm liking it).

Robombee can also be switched out for Sylveon if need be, though like I previously mentioned, Lycanroc and Greninja (via Ice Beam) take care of the Flying weakness pretty well. Even Salazzle can go up against a Skarmory if necessary.

WAIT? WHAT'S THIS!?!
A NEW DISCUSSION VIDEO ON SOURCE GAMING, NOT ABOUT JUST NINTENDO STUFF!?! ASDFDSAXC
For the record, this is just part of the marketing stunt. Just rickroll with it :p.
So I have a question for anyone familiar with Homebrew.

I have a working New 3ds with menu hacks installed. I thought my L and R buttons were broke so I stopped using it, Recently I fixed them though and trying get back into homebrew ( want to finish Star Sapphire).

When holding down L it didn't work for some reason.

I've seen similar errors but with no answer that helped fix mine.

Anyone have any ideas? Perhaps you know since you follow the scene epicmartin7 epicmartin7
You can just PM me if you need help.

I'm going through the Digimon wiki checking out the Appmon and there's this guy...

Boy he's gonna complicate things for people when/if he shows up to the anime.

Remember, Alolan forms are actually called regional variants officially. To me that highly implies that they're gonna be a staple.

I think I've chosen my team for Pokemon Sun. I don't play competitively, but I think I got solid choices. Kommo-o's probably the one new Pokemon aside from Incineroar that I'm really excited for. How could I not want Dragon/Fighting? I'll try out the new version of Raichu too, it'll have better type coverage. Crobat's always got a spot on my team. I haven't used Poliwrath too much since Silver. and Stoutland is my favorite Normal type.

Though I still have my other teams from OR, Y, White and Diamond. I might mix and match those to see if I can get decent post-game.

As long as we get Sinnoh forms in the hypothetical Gen IV remakes....

Would be a prime time to focus on other gens as well!!

Still disappointed that we didn't get Alola forms for the Johto starters...

Sinnoh should have variants from Johto considering the two regions are very related thanks to Gen 4(Red Gyarados broadcast, Jasmine in DPPt, Sinjoh Ruins, etc)

I'd rather that all the starters eventually get Megas. I know they are downplayed in Gen 7, but they still exist. And the Johto and Unova starters need it the most, well maybe not Serperior, given it's HA is Contrary. But maybe it's Mega could pull a Blaziken.

Emboar is easily outclassed in most situations by Blaziken and Infernape, even before Mega Blaziken. Samurott, as far as I know just doesn't get much play.

I was thinking maybe Feraligatr gets Elemental Fangs and Strong Jaw.

Something to take note of is due to this being the mega evolution universe as stated by the delta episode we could see regional variants of pokemon despite them being in the original games of d/p/p

The Lord of the Rings Adventure World is really nice.

I'm really shocked by the scale of it. And remember, ALL of the Adventure Worlds are this size. They really go all out with the references and stuff too. I'm actually quite impressed. I couldn't even fit all of it on screen from my bird's eye view, and I flew up quite high.

Was it ever confirmed the original games were that other universe? Or was it just assumed?

Anyways, if the Gen 2 starters did get second types(which I'm a bit mixed about). What would you guys pick? Doesn't matter if it was a Mega or Regional Variant for this question.

I was thinking
Water/Dragon(fits the look),
Fire/Steel(or poison, since Cyndaquil knows a couple moves I think),
Grass/Fairy(fits the look again).

I just want a Fire/Steel type aside from Heatran. And giving it Rock Head or some variant would be fantastic.

Why those ones?

A lot of them aren't even found in Sinnoh.

It looks fantastic!

But I'm terrible for being bothered by Minas Tirith's angle to Mordor.

It's a little off compared to its canon location.

Yes, I am a dweeb.

Grass/Poison or Fairy
Fire/Ground
Water/Ground or Dragon

I'd be against that though.

Not every starter has to have a second type.

Meganium as Psychic/Fairy
Typlohsion as Dark/Poison
Feraligatr as Fighting/Dragon

Those are the typings I was thinking...Chikorita, Cyndaquil, and Totodile would start with Psychic, Dark and Fighting respectively then gain the additional secondary typings for their final evolutions...

Obviously this would be for regional variants simce it completely changes the pokemon instead of simply powering them up...but I think it would be neat to see these for the Johto starters...

SEGA, Atlus and Square Enix are missing.
That's odd.

Especially since Square has big PS4 titles coming in the future.

Still, makes me wonder how things will go with the Switch.

See you at the Switch unveiling, Sonic Project 2017. Ee-hee-haa-hee!

. . .Yeah I have no idea whether or not they're actually saving the full unveiling of that game for the Switch or if they're waiting longer than that for it. It would be funny though. And give me an even better idea of what I'm picking up for the system since I kind of want to see what it is before deciding for sure to get it.

It's not even that, all of them have big-ish upcoming games.

Persona 5 for Atlus in the west, SEGA owns Atlus + they got Yakuza 0 coming soon overseas and SE has some big titles for PS4.

Yeah, the Adventure Worlds are kind of just amalagmations of locations from each particular franchise. Each location is scaled down but the world overall is still very big.

Well there's nothing that those three can show that's new like SE probably wants to keep a few things about FF7 remake under wraps, KH3 is more of 2018 game now than 2017 and Sega/Atlus has nothing else to show since Sega wants to release Sonic info themselves and Persona 5 is dropping soon here

Although Capcom and Bandai-Namco will have something big there

Capcom have Akuma for SFV... Not sure what else.

Namco is the interesting one.

There's a neat little secret for those playing the NES Classic Edition with a Classic Controller or a Classic Controller Pro.
