Red herring marketing. They want to instill that belief in you from the start and then surprise you with the actual twist. Shockwave was played up to be the main villain during Dark Of The Moon's marketing campaign, look how that turned out.

Majora's Mask Legend/Story Mode?

Well, with Young Link, Tingle and Skull Kid as playable characters, they can already do something related to Majora's Mask.

And of course, there's likely a Wind Waker story as well.

They got Max von Sydow, Lupita Nyongo, Andy Serkis, Gwendoline Christie...

Personally, I think it's better that the core characters are played by newcomers, though Oscar Isaac, in particular, has already proven himself quite the talent.

Granted I haven't seen everyone in action yet (which doesn't help), I've not really been particularly impressed with any of Serkis' non-motion capture performances and thought that Boyega was mediocre in Attack The Block.

Forgot about the new Pokemon Special/Adventures chapters for this month and they're definitely pure hype.

ORAS: Archie/Maxie return out of nowhere (thought to be dead) with the Red/Blue Orbs (supposed to have been destroyed) and somehow force Hoopa to summon Groudon/Kyogre.

XY: Xerneas rescues X & friends from Mega Gyarados while Y & the Gym Leaders duel the Team Flare admins. Xeneas reveals that Y accidentally captured it while it was a tree and begins fighting Malva, who's revealed to have caught Yveltal. Meanwhile, Green and his Charizard reappear for the first time since Emerald (24+ volumes ago) looking for "Z."

Another dimension seems to be the basis behind ORAS, while XY, considering how short it seems to be, seems to be setting up for some grand "Z" related plot.

I really hope we only have to wait until the end of Q1 2016 for Z Version to release with all the teasing TPC is doing.

How hard is it to have their Social Media channels post about upcoming games rather than continue to post about Mario Kart and Animal Crossing?

so looking at all the "outrage" over fatal frame 5 i can safely say i find it hilarious

"but the crossover costumes dont fit the theme" spoiler alert neither did the batheing suits
like i hate to break it to you but fatal frame isnt like illbleed or lolipop chainsaw
its actually serious and at no point is their ever a reason for thm to be in bathing suits going
up to the suicide mountain

"but censorship is bad" and yet ive seen you guys saying "i hope they change that" in regards
to some of the fire emblem if support conversations

when it comes down to it them changing the goofy joke costumes to something equally goofy isnt worth all the complaining
espeically when you consider from what ive heard the game is just as graphic as its japanese counterpart

but like i said i find this **** hilarious because for all their whining the fatal frame fans are getting better treatment by nintendo than a large majority of nintendos first party series

i mean hell even the digital only thing is better than what xenoblade had to put up with
or are we all going to ignore how shady gamestop was handling that

If I were to make changes;
Bowser Jr. / Nabbit (Bib Buddies)
Bowser / Kamek (Yoshi's Island Reference)
Shy Guy > Bandit = Bandit / Fly Guy (Just to spice up the roster)
Other than that (I don't know who to replace Honey Queen with, but even then it's just Mario Kart 7 Aggro than anything else) it's pretty solid. (Add Mii too, just because they're Miis)
