2 replies? guess not lol

I hope packers D holds against kevin kolb, my fantasy football team depends on it

kolb looked good when i saw him in preseason though, and it's in philly so we'll see what happens

monday night is gonna be tight tho, ravens jets is a sweet matchup and rex ryan can get his revenge

worst emotional whiplash
rofl I actually laughed out loud at the end

the line fell apart all night, it was either let romo get sacked or go for a penalty

although he probably wasn't thinking that hard when it happened

rb: chris johnson
rb: darren mcfadden

i like naanee and hillis you should get him, high potential RB and he's a good receiver too. zach miller sucks, never trust a raider in fantasy (it's not time yet). but I doubt there will be a better TE on the waiver so you should just keep him. love the rest of your team though. not so sure about patriots defense, they are all rookies or 2nd year players, have a difficult time with a pass rush. They gave up like 400 yards vs Cinci in the air, so we'll see how they fair the rest of the season.

unfortunately after week 1 i got screwed..i lost but i scored the second highest amount of points(only person who scored higher was my opponent who won) ..so i was close to last among the losers in the waiver order for claims..about mid-list overall.i was only able to pick up patriots d/st and steve breaston -____-

i guess the pats scoring on special teams is what drew me to them.for the most part they were containing the bengals pretty well in the beginning of the game..then carson palmer woke up and decided to be good for the last quarter and a half.i think theyre gonna do pretty well against sanchez this weekend because he chokes

who are you dropping besides chambers and olsen?

whoever it is, it's probably a terrible decision
dont remember.it was probably portis.i dont see why that'd be a bad drop..mcnabb has enough trouble as it is against a pass rush with his o-line sucking so bad so i dont expect them to make holes for portis.in fact they used portis to block like twice as much as they ran with him..i could be missing something but it looks safe to me

IMPORTANT
...anybody have any thoughts about michael bush?! ...i picked him up because theres talk about him being active this weekend but does anybody know for sure?

tentative list for this weekend:
qb: tom brady (vs nyj)
rb: chris johnson (vs pitts)
rb: darren mcfadden/michael bush (vs st. louis)
rb/wr: chad ochocinco (vs baltimore)
wr: desean jackson (i just hope he doesnt lose stats to vick running all the time) [vs detroit]
wr: wes welker (vs nyj)
te: zach miller (vs st. louis)
kicker: adam vinatieri (vs ***)

bench:
beanie wells
jason witten
darren mcfadden/michael bush
ricky williams
matt ryan
steve breaston
greg olsen

...im worried about brady's, welker's, ochocinco's, and johnson's matchups.the rest are pretty good imo.who can help me out?!

All I gotta say is, the bengals are returning to the playoffs after they sweep their division for the 2nd year in a row.

Lions are decent this year, I think. I expect them to go 6-10 or so, though, but they're gonna have lots of close losses like these first two I think.

I've been terrible at picking games this year. I've picked like 12 right so far in the football pool I'm in. I have this problem where I always want to pick the Panthers to win. I know they aren't good, but I always think they can cover the spread.

I can understand the decision, I think he just needs to get comfortable and used to the pressure. Obviously Vick has performed better in the two games they've had so far but the entire offense has been playing with Kolb in the preseason and is based around him leading the team, plus he's younger so I think it's a better long term call.

That having been said, if the Eagles really want to win THIS season they're gonna have to rely on Vick more than they originally thought they would've IMO. (actually i personally think it's going to have to be vick like 75% of the time, seems like sending in kolb could be nice to make defenses adapt to two different offenses)

Also.. tonight's game was a heartbreaker. Alex Smith pulling some old school 49ers QB stuff, solid, clutch drives all the way 'till under the 2 minute warning against all odds, and friggin Gore was a beast and Davis played well as he should. But honestly I would give the credit to the line, both on offense and defense, seriously the 49ers D was retardedly good, patrick willis wtf, I mean how many great reads and moves can you make in one game when you're on the field for long periods of time with a short break against the saint's offense

turnover battle is just way too important, especially if it's 0-4 like that

and i hate new orleans

oh yea.. thank goodness for official review and challenges, so many bad calls that were made right in the end

ok fantasy time!tentative lineup for this weekend:

starters:
qb: tom brady (vs buffalo bills)
rb: chris johnson (vs ***)
rb: darren mcfadden (vs arizona cardinals)
rb/wr: mike simms-walker (vs philadelphia)
wr: desean jackson (vs jacksonville)
wr: wes welker (vs buffalo bills)
te: greg olsen (vs GB)
d/st: NE patriots (vs buffalo bills)
kicker: adam vinatieri (vs denver)

bench:
beanie wells (vs oakland raiders) [probably inactive]
jason witten (vs houston texans)
chad ochocinco (vs carolina panthers)
matt ryan (vs NO)
ricky williams (vs NYJ)
michael bush (vs arizona cardinals) [inactive]
redskins d/st (vs STL rams)

im thinking about starting the redskins d/st because of how well they did against the cowboys and this weekend theyre playing against..the rams lol.im also a little worried about starting greg olsen against GB's secondary because for the first two weeks, GB hasnt allowed any receiving TDs from philly or buffalo.what do you guys think?

id probably start witten over olsen. houston has been giving up a lot of points and i feel like dallas is going to need to shout it out with them to win. im also a green bay fan, and i dont like starting players against my team in fantasy football.

oh i know exactly how you feel.i try not to start my players against the chargers every year.but yeah the thing that sucks about witten this weekend is that his head injury might have him limited this game.sometimes i hate ff because i pull an SAT..where you pick an answer then you second guess yourself then change it then find out that the first one you picked is the right answer -____- lol
