changed its acc to 75 and chance of lowering def to 40%

Icicle Drop: Ice Stealth Rocl
Tremor: Special Ground: 70pow/85acc/15pp: No extra text
I think that I already made a move called Tremor.

Smoke Veil - other - always works when used, 20 - Releases an overwhelming smoke that stops the foe from attacking that turn; can't stop opponent from using moves such as Swords Dance, Baton Pass, etc. - only learnable in the Tornace/Torkoal/Torkano line

Ash Spread - other - always works when used - The user lets loose a steaming ash that burns all non-Fire pokemon for the next five turns - all Fire pokemon can learn this and blocks out other weather-inducing move; the ability that starts this upon entry in battle is Sutstream and the pokemon that have access to this ability are Tornace and evos, and Numel and evos

You mean Sootstream, right?
Sorry, forgot how to spell it.

Black Plague - 140 Pwr, 90 Acc, 5 PP - Poison - Sharply lowers Spatk
Dust Scatter - --- Pwr, 90 Acc, 10 PP - Bug - Induces random status to opponent

These are for Venyphsy.

I think moves should be dual typed, like how pokemon are.
For example:
Muddy Water would be Ground/Water
So it doesn't affect fliers/levitators or Water Absorbers.
Swampert, as an example, gets dual STAB, so the boost would be 2x, not 2.25x or 1.5x.
It would be special(obvious)
It is 4x effective against Fire and Rock types, so would be 16x effective against Magcargo(holy ****!), plus any other modifiers such as Life Orb or STAB(or dual stab)
Also 4x Resisted by Grass types.
2x Effective against Steel, but is Neutral to Empoleon cause the water type resists the water part of this attack.
This can also be used for the elemental punches, but I wonder what would happen to Tri-Attack(LOL!!!)

Solar Flare - 100 Pwr, 100 Acc, 10 PP - Fire, Special - No added effects

Eerie Gale - 120 Pwr, - Acc, 5 PP - Ghost, Special - Never misses

Thunder Strike - 140 Pwr, 90 Acc, 5 PP - Electric, Physical - Sharply lowers user's Att

Hydro Bomb - 140 Pwr, 90 Acc, 5 PP - Water, Physical - Sharply lowers user's Att

Needle Spine - other - Always goes first; makes user unaffected by moves in other category and deals 1.5x the damage dealt to user; doesn't block attacks and prevents user from being OHKO'd the turn used

Why have Fire Kick when there's Blaze Kick? And theose kicking moves should sound more sophisicated, like Blaze Kick, Freeze Kick, and Static Kick.

The sunny version of Ice Body. I don't know if Photosynthesis would be the correct choice. I don't know plant biology and such.

I don't know if this is the appropriate thread, but like every one wants, I think Hail should do something to Ice Pokemon, like how Sand Stream does something to Rocks.

Memory Expand - ability - Raises Spatk one stage every turn
Spirit Form - ability - Spatk is doubled (like Pure Power)

I'd like to see a signature ability for Hypno that replaces Forewarn.

Mesmerize: Opponent can't switch :] Pseudo-Wobbu ftw.

Stone Shield - defense increases by 1.3, but loses 1/10 HP when using a supportive move.

Mirror Shield - same as Stone Shield, but applies to Spdef.
EDIT - Wrong spot, but still, good ideas.
Recall - ability - Whenever this pokemon is hit, the corresponding defense is raised one stage

Sticky Finger - each physical attack has a 20% chance of taking an opponent's item
Slayer - if a Pokemon with this ability is hit by a Dragon attack, it's Att, Spatk, or Spd is raised two stages.

I made an attack years ago named Shock Wave and Game Freak used it...o.O

But... what Pokemon would have it? I think only Zubat has no eyes...

Also, you know how Low Kick / Grass Knot do more damage if the target is heavier? I'd like to see an attack that does more damage if the target is bigger. (Make it Grass or Electric, and Wailord pretty much becomes NU. That is, if it isn't already.)
