We also have a room called "Meet and Greet." The purpose of that room, believe it or not, is for new people to make topics saying "Hey, I'm new!" This would constitute the "meeting" part of "Meet and Greet." After someone makes their topic, other forum members usually say things that would, perhaps, "greet" the new person, thus fulfilling the number of requirements for the Meet and Greet room.
