While listening to the radio last night I heard an advertisement for this place. Looked it up on the web and I found this.

http://www.cyberdome.net/

It looks like a great place to have tournaments at and they have tournaments for Halo 3 and Guitar Hero. Only 1 problem.... They don't know about the Smash Community and don't have any smash tournaments.

Since I'm not the person that handles the buisness porportion for Smash Bros sombody should contact the people that run this place to tell them about Smash and then we could have weekly tournies there.

The Location of this place is
3128 William Penn Hwy, Easton PA 18045

If someone does a tournament here, I'll love you forever.

No really, I didn't think anyone would notice Easton. There's a small smash scene here, but I only heard about the Cyber Dome from a friend.

Now we need sombody who can handle buisness with this place so we can start playing weekly brawl tournies here.

lol I'd rather host myself than deal with noob venues/hosts.
From the looks of it they look much more professional than Gamingworld because they have 2 tournaments they're dealing with already with over 1000 dolller prizes.

Everybody can get to this both North Jersey, Princeton, and Phili.

To me, these guys look pretty rich. Since they have Halo tournies they have 4v4 with everybody on their own TV. 1. Thats a lot of money needed, 2.Thats a lot of TVs.

It's no secret that you're events are the most popular and fun, at least imo. It would still be good to see more options to consider for tournament locations when you aren't hosting and there are no other major or close events for some people.

I guess the only way to fix that is to use Firefox lol. It has its own spell check.

But seriously is anybody going to talk to these owners?

The only way to get on the forums is to print out a parent something sheet and give it to them. Meaning you have to go there first b4 going on the forum boards. Thus the only way to talk to them is either e-mail them, call them, or go to the place.

Well hopefully someone does, but I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Chibo, this is the Venue I was talking to you about in the circuit thread. The guy said he'll rent out a larger place if we get a big enough turnout. I'm serious...get at me on AIM or something so we can discuss this. I already spoke with him personally, xD. at least like 2 months ago, xD. and again like 2 months before that. I got the low down on the place and how the guy feels about tournaments what he's expecting, etc, etc. So yeah, we can discuss this. I wasn't just blowin steam out of my butt, I was serious.

I'm sure we can work something out. He wants results...so he can come off a bit hard, but If we continue to get the results we have been with tournaments it should run smoothly. Perhaps if Chibo showed me a bit about Tio, it could help, too. Seeing as how we live much closer to Easton...tournaments can still be held in the absence of ToS. It will, however....at the best, have to be a monthly, and a beastly monthly at that. Still in all...I've got a good feeling.

Okay Chibo, contact me, whenever, foreverrain84. I'll tell you what this guy is up for, etc. I'm pretty sure we can make something happen. He's a businessman, so as long as we wet hsi appetite, then we'll have what we need.

Hey, don't know if there's been any developments with this, but if there are some tournaments in Easton, I would definitely go, as would a couple of friends. I'm at Lehigh in Bethlehem, so I'm not too far at all. I can't attend any of the other tourneys due to transportation, but this is definitely within my range.
