-Mario's F.L.U.D.D stays on for awhile
-More than one Smash Ball are available
-Super Sonic is Sonic's Final Smash
-Beam Sword, Capsule, Bob-omb, Fan, Fire Flower, Party Ball, Super Mushrooms, Poison Mushrooms, and new various food items are confirmed
-Pit's side-B has been shown
-Zamus will more than likely have a Final Smash
-There's a lot more to Delfino Plaza
-Metaknight's Shuttle Loop is ecackly like the one for Kirby Super Star
-Diddy can wall jump
-Must attack Smash Ball to activate it
-Introductions are back

Final Smashes can be done more than once during the same match. (GameSpot 10 minute video, Pit does his Final Smash twice against Yoshi using two separate Smash Balls) This COULD mean that Zamus can get her Power Suit back using the smash ball in the same way Samus loses it with the Zero Lazer.

All of Samus's moves have been confirmed to stay ('cept for utilt hasn't been taped). I've searched.
Teching is in, as well as mid air item grabs.

Some of Ike moves have been seen
fSmash (charges from up and behind)
uSmash (starts from front and low and goes half circle)
dAir (like link's dAir but no lag on fall)
nAir or uAir (really short range)
fAir (not as much horizontal range as marth's but faster and covers about 210 degrees)
uTilt (probably uTilt since it's a rising attack but not definite. think Sheik's fTilt and Peach's fTilt)
fTilt (not sure it's charged, it's like a stabbing thrust move)
upB (throws ball up and catches it into spinning attack)
neutralB (Eruption)
downB or forwardB (this one is sick. it's like Fox/Falco Illusion but it's charged and comes with a sword swipe at the end)
standing grab (just like Marth's)

I'll edit this post with confirming videos.

you should make a list with all the characters with checklist listing each of their moves (smashes, tilts, airs, neutrals, rolls, grabs). that'd make this an uber thread and easily stickied

Metaknight has different victory music than Kirby. Hopefully this time, Bowser can something a bit more menacing than the Mushroom Kingdom theme. Matches conclude in slow motion similar to how stamina ends. Also, fire suit Mario looks great.

Edit: Link's bow looks a lot more useable this time around. (IGN Smashville vid, about 38 sec.)

That poor quality video with giga bowser/peach's final smash

The fox player shines bowser a few times, one of them eventually sends him at a downward angle. Im curious about the cooldown lag, whether he cancelled it somehow or it just cools down really fast.

The peach downsmashes sonic near the start of that part of the video, on the left side of the stage

Peach's final smash is kind've lame from what I saw. Everyone goes to sleep and peaches fall to the ground. I guess you can eat them to gain health and then give opponents a good hard smack while they slumber.

Oh, that thing from the NPC 2007 vid was her Final Smash. LAME! It should have totally been something from Super Princess Peach instead.
