Alright now before I get attacked, I promise that this is not a fluke lol. I have done much testing with Pikachu, and Pichu's up-b works in similar ways. With Pikachu, I went into detail about how a little bit of frame data, but unfortunately I have not looked into Pichu as much. Hopefully you all will look into this more just like everyone in the Pika boards have. Please check this link for more details:
