Tomorrow is probably just going to a teaser for the main show.

According to NoE Sunday is all about the Wii U hardware, and Tuesday will be more of the software.

This #NintendoDirect will be about the concept of the #WiiU console. We'll talk more about games for Wii U in Tuesday's #E3 presentation

LOL Kinect. LOL Vita (so far). LOL 3DS (so far).

But really, not yet. Sony and Microsoft are waiting for 8th generation home consoles another 1-3 years. So technically they can't compete with a 8th generation console. However, they have definitely milked their consoles for what they are worth a lot more than Nintendo did with the Wii.

Then again, they had more to work with. The PS3 has ridiculous power and Blu-Ray. The 360 has good memory size and XBL. The Wii was, in many sense, a "budget console."

Speakin' of Melee, I've been playin' Melee and 64 recently. I never knew how good I was with Ness 64... Surprises 'round every corner I 'supose. But in Melee, I'm practicing with Mewtwo. I'm a sad lil' sap. Reason's cause I now wanna main him after watching countless vids of Taj's Mewtwo.

Rumor about achievements on the Wii U. Seems fairly logical even if this is a bogus rumor.

Not that it matters for Smash much since Sakurai includes meaningful in game achievements. Still though I can't wait to see the first guy who reaches 1 million KOs.

We're probably gonna get some smash 4 news at this years' E3. And besides that, we'll probably get a trailer and some real news by years' end (specifically at Nintendo World).

Why the hell wouldn't Mewtwo return=??? Most smashers were pissed he was cut, and most of us want him back. Back when Melee came out, the character most people wanted to play at all the gaming stores I went to played: MEWTWO! He was the BAMF we all couldn't wait to play as. Sadly, he was worse than terrible; he was disgraced in Melee.

Sadly, he is still better than Kirby and Pichu in Melee (and better than the Hyrule tier in Brawl), lulz.

Though it doesn't seem to be Sakurai's style we could theoretically get a short CG teaser. The guys who make those are usually not the same developers working on engines, gameplay and such. I worked on that Star Wars the Old Republic CGI trailer and saw it go from concept art to what you see now in like 2 months. Then the actual game just came out, and that trailer debuted years ago! Cause it was a completely different company outside of bioware(is that right?) who did the cgi. That goes for many many developers as well.

So it still is a possibility.

Though living in LA, I live close by a lot of major studios and recently discovered I have a lot of people that actively work on game development. So I get to hear things from time to time. Almost never Nintendo related though. Square Enix is literally walking distance from me. I have been tempted to walk in there and question random folks about Nintendo trying to get character rights from them. Remember that rumor?

Although Brawl's was pretty damn good, but it took a lot of cues from the actual gameplay.
