Technically the japanese have it as a part of their Club Nintendo rewards, so it's only a matter of time before we can all get our hands on the OST.Aww heck yeah, someone has uploaded some more of Kid Icarus: Uprisings soundtrack onto Youtube. This music! O_O

Cannot wait for the official soundtrack to release an Japan and be uploaded on Youtube.
The would make for an interesting stage, I'm only on Chapter 6 though, so I can't comment on any other possible stages. I can see one of the towns happening though.I'm going to expect a lot of people say that they'd want Pandora's Labyrinth of Deceit as a stage...at least just for that flying portion of it. Personally I wouldn't mind the setting for Chapter 8....again just for the flying portion.
Well... Shy Guy...While I like Geno, and I recognize he has a very small chance of being even in the game, I will say that he is the hands down best option for a new Mario character IMO. Toad and Bowser Jr. are cool and all, but Geno is a BAMF! Plus Geno is way better than all those characters you listed Hootsters.
Here is my response to you claiming Shy Guy is better than Geno...Well... Shy Guy...![]()
[COLLAPSE="Here is my response to that..."]I see Ghirahim get a few requests, but I have yet to see one for Impa and Anthony.
Because people like zombies and they like Marth. I personally think ifHeck, I have seen two requests so far for even Masked Marth.
This is my response to reading this...On the topic of Zelda characters, Tingle barely ever comes up.
That makes sense to me me.Also, I interestingly saw a post analyzing the chances of various Mario characters, and I think I have stumbled upon why Toad is no requested much by Japanese Smash Bros. fans. The analysis for Toad wrote that while he is someone that SHOULD be next in line, he is basically trapped forever as being Peach's special move. They seem to think that Sakurai will never change this. As a Mario character though, Toad is really popular in Japan.
It's called Pokémon. Gen 5 has backwards compatibility to acquire Gen 4 and Gen 3 Pokémon, and Gen 4 has backwards compatibility to acquire Gen 3 Pokémon.@Johnknight- Wait, Smash 4? Backwards compatibility/interconnectivity with Brawl? Has something like that ever been done?
It's funny, because here in Western sites every character with an actual chance of being playable is brought up on every major smash bros site/forum/discussion.I just got done looking at yet another Japanese Smash Bros. 4 request topic. It seems each forum has one or two characters that get a lot of requests there, but are barely requested elsewhere.
Eoow... gross. Sothe is okay, and so is Toon Zelda, but they shouldn't be getting much support in my opinion. For the topic I was looking at it was Toon Zelda and Sothe. Adeline also had an abnormal amount of support (though I saw slightly more requests for Waddle Dee).
This is my feelings on hearing that news makes me feel.As with other Japanese request topics, the main trends are:
- Mewtwo & Roy have far more requests than the actual true newcomers.
- Mega Man is by far the most requested third-party character.
- Both K. Rool and Dixie Kong get a lot of support.
0:13 describes what hearing this makes me feel. Also, one disturbing trend I am noticing is that on many Japanese sites there seems to be little interest in a retro character at all. They simply don't care. What is even more disturbing is that they don't seem to care about newcomer series much either.
Asage, thanks for slight nightmare fuel. (->-<-);
In Super Mario RPG, you collect the stars that belong to Geno. In the end, it is Mario's RPG adventure where Mario and Mallow join Gen on his quest to save the stars so everyone can be able to wish upon a shooting star. That is why we all need to "wish upon a falling star" for Geno to be in these forthcoming smash bros games. Its Mario's story.![]()
That is what I was talking about.Technically the japanese have it as a part of their Club Nintendo rewards, so it's only a matter of time before we can all get our hands on the OST.
No, you are not the only one. Granted, I neither own a 3DS nor Kid Icarus: Uprising, but I am following "Let's Play" videos. In a way I am experiencing the game by proxy. The would make for an interesting stage, I'm only on Chapter 6 though, so I can't comment on any other possible stages. I can see one of the towns happening though.
BTW, did the Labyrinth of Deceit remind anyone of Star Fox? Or is it just me?
Forgetting Krom in that list, but I feel he has the best chance of having a legitimate, large fanbase.@Chu My guess about Bandana Dee is he is more or less in the same boat as Medusa, and to an extent, Ghirahim. Sort of new, pretty cool, but should fadebit over time. I think MOST of these character's popularity is pretty static though. Minus Ghirahim, Medusa, Palutena, Bandana, and possibly Zoroark.
Also, I still want you to start up your roster thingy in the Discussion Group ;_;
Ghirahim - 18th 156 votes
Impa - 41st 93 votes (has gained ten in the last like, month)
Anthony - 62nd 60 votes
To me, I will always prefer Brawl than Melee.
I'm there too. Lets see who can beat the game first.I wanna get back clearing Uprising. Now at Chapter 6.
(-l.l-)
My reaction to hearing this.To me, I will always prefer Brawl than Melee.
Cuz we're as awesome as this video is creepy.John: Geno-supporter, eh?
You do have a good point there. But maybe the Pokemon Trainer's Pokemon may get a new handicap when they're fatigued; see the next quote for one idea...I suppose that would be a nice aesthetic touch.
Maybe it should instead replace the two idle animations. Because a problem could arise in the IMPLICATIONS of it. It's really not a big deal either way, but when the Pokemon do it then it implies they're weaker and they should then be switched out. If every character has the same thing, then when the Pokemon become fatigued, you wouldn't be able to tell.
Maybe one plot could be that if the Pokemon Trainer's Pokemon has 100%+ damage, an aura will start to develop around its body, which would increase the strength of its elemental attacks. The Pokemon Trainer's Pokemon should get stronger elemental attacks when fatigued, like their abilities in game.

Well again I only brought that idea up as an aesthetic element. But it does have its drawbacks when you take the Pokemon Trainer into account.I think that's going to affect balance way more than you think. What I think would be better without affecting anything is things like torn clothes and a panting animation like Link has in the Zelda games.
Really now? =/
@ aSTOOPID
Zoroark gets in over Victini.
"Try? There is no try. It is troll or troll not."![]()
Out of the characters I just listed? Heck yeah. Although I think Ghirahim is going to have a large fanbase.... that is going to go absolutely no where. I think Krom not only has a legitimate chance at being popular, but he has a legitimate chance at being PLAYABLE as well.Forgetting Krom in that list, but I feel he has the best chance of having a legitimate, large fanbase.
Another nickname?I'm gonna call Tri Hy Triple Hyper now /inb4GameTengoku by Jaleco, it's Selia's bomb attack's name/
Anyway, you mean the final roster or potential characters Tri-Hy?

Seriously, It shouldn't be that big of an issue to you anyway.
Yes. This would actually balance the fatigue part. That was the problem with it. It... felt pointless. Just be glad there was no Single Button Mode(should come back) in Brawl. The Pokemon Trainer's Pokemon should get stronger elemental attacks when fatigued, like their abilities in game.
I agree she's very likely. I however wouldn't say she's definitely going to be in the game. Also, Palutena is now considered to me as a shoe-in pretty much.

The one thing I like about Krom is his design is vastly different than that of other lords. The design of his sword is even pretty interesting. The Falchion looks more like a longsword in Awakening. Best of all he isn't Ike 2.0 like I once thought, so I am excited to see how he separates himself from the other lords.Out of the characters I just listed? Heck yeah. Although I think Ghirahim is going to have a large fanbase.... that is going to go absolutely no where. I think Krom not only has a legitimate chance at being popular, but he has a legitimate chance at being PLAYABLE as well.
This was my reactionTo me, I will always prefer Brawl than Melee.
