I went to gamestop with my friend which has an account in Smash Boards so i got proof!! I Pre-Ordered the game but there is more... I asked the guy if we get the cover on Feb. 10, 08 he said ''Brawl Does Not Come Out On Feb. 10, 08 it Comes out MARCH. 04, 08!'' i asked him the the release date was Feb. 10, 08 he said Nintendo says the game comes out March 04, 08 according to Gamestop why don't you guys give them a call! My friend Jay-B will reply and i will try to record the cll again and post it! But until now:

1. The guy could be lying or confused (Most Likely)
2. We can be expecting another delay (Mostly Not)

Gamestop has been wrong about release dates before, I believe some peoples gamestop had Assassins Creed releasing a few weeks after it was actually suppossed to, and of course it really came out on the day it was originally suppossed to. So I'm not too worried about what they're saying about the release date.

We pointed out on the podcast a few weeks ago about how the Japanese Amazon also said the game was delayed...

This would royally suck balls. If it were true, I think I'd just quit reading the Dojo after awhile because there is no reason getting hyped for a game that isn't coming anytime soon. So lets hope this delay business isn't real.

Nintendo releases its big games and systems on Sunday, not Tuesday.

Nintendo would have announced the info THEMSELVES before having the stores menton it.

Definitely seems like it could be true, with all the stuff they're cramming into the game and all.

But still, I think it would be nice if Nintendo (and even Sakurai) could officially announce the delay as soon as it's confirmed. Why should we have to beat around the bush with all this Gamestop and Walmart bullsh*t and not hear from the source immediately?

This delay would not be bad if Nintendo distributed a demo. But, otherwise, it's just terrible. The first delay was disappointing, but not shocking. Another month and a half delay would just be heartbreaking though, without some form of compensation.

If we get a Sonic-esque character update in the next few weeks, it may be a good indication....

I wouldn't put it past them, but Youko and Samurai Panda have already laid out the many reasons why another delay would be totally insane on Nintendo's part. To quote them, Sakurai has already played the perfection program card.

I could be convinced to accept another delay if tomorrow's update was: "Sorry guys, we had to delay the game again because Capcom finally got around to okay'ing Megaman for Brawl."
