"New" Nintendo 3DS XL Information?

What makes the New Nintendo 3DS XL better than the regular 3DS XL? I realize there is another analog stick and the 3D was enhanced, but is it really worth the money if one already has the older version? Will there be New Nintendo 3DS games exclusive to only that console? If you have any experience with both systems, please share below.

Xenoblade is going to be an exclusive, probably will be others because it does have a faster processor as well as more buttons and a second stick

Seems to be pretty hard to find atm, here at least, every store I've been to is out
