Tom Nool has grabbed the smash ball. Just then Money bags start to rain from the sky. They vary is size and damage done. But they dont just fall striaght, no, they chase after a random person. The smaller ones are harder to be hit by, so they do more damage, while the bigger ones are harder to dodge, so they do less damage.

Nook’s grabbed a Smash Ball! But, it seems he’s tired of actually fighting, and he is a businessman. Is he…selling houses?! Oh Nook, you crazy businessman…

Well, as Nook activates his Final Smash, he pretty much drops a small house onto the field. If it hits someone, Nook has a buyer! He sells the house, and drops 3 more! Each one bigger than the last! If any of those happen to hit someone (If the first part hit at least one person, so will this, a house will land in the same spot as the first), he gets another buyer!! From here, the FS diverges:

Scenario 1 - If he manages to sell more than one house (If it hits 2 other people) he drop another two houses and sells them (He’ll drop them at the same spot to make sure it’ll hit at least two of the people who got hit before) and sell those houses. Then it goes on to Scenario 2….

Scenario 2 - Nook brings out the grand final! He drops a mansion that covers the whole platform he’s on making sure to hit everyone on that same platform, as Nook manages to sell that house as well.

Notes: 1)The houses give off shadows where they’ll drop and there are spaces between them so it’ll be possible to dodge each part of the FS except for the mansion, or you can just move to another platform.

2) Nook will be invincible during most of this FS since he’ll actually be standing almost on the foreground, in actually being in front of the houses. Also, someone won’t actually come on and buy the house, but once a house is “sold”, it’ll poof into a leaf like in Animal Crossing and disappear.

3) Once you’re hit by the first house, you’ll be trapped in the FS. The first house can also hit up to 2 people at once. And if you only hit one person with part two of the FS, it’ll go straight to Scenario 2.

4) The FS overall does this much -
Hit by first house - 30%
HIt by one of the second houses - 45%
Hit by one of the third houses - 60%
Hit by the mansion - 90%

5) Drawback - If the first house doesn’t hit, none of the FS will go through. Nook will get angry/fed up, then he’ll start sulking, making him immobile for about 10 seconds. He’ll also move slower and his attacks will do less damage for another 10 seconds.
