..What about rainbow ride? When you jump off back onto the boat.
The screen tends to plummet at an alarming rate and own all n00bs.
As well as the ice climbers level. Varies between two speeds; normal and insane.

So I see no reason that the stages will neccesarily go at the same speed all the way through..

The Pokemon won’t change colors any more than the others already in the game do.

Bandanas, miscellaneous headgear, party hats… slight varying shades and hues.

Venom: No, Gardevoir would have their own moveset. Moves like Ice Punch and Psychic are viable. Mewtwo was more oriented around darkness effects and Ghost-type moves than Psychic ones.

what I mean is that, using your example- Rainbow Ride always plummets at the same speed at the same point in the stage.
The speed isn’t consistent throughout the level, but the level always moves the same way it did last time.
It seems pretty necessary that they don’t use random mechanics in the level design. Because of this, you can program the trainer to just have a constant animation that has him/her move interestingly with the level.

So yeah, I can totally see the trainer grabbing a winged Pokemon now and then, but it seems likely they won’t just sit on one the whole time.
