Set format:
- Opponents choose their characters for the first match *
- Players announce their Stage Ban selection
- 1st Stage will be chosen at random unless agreed upon by both players.
- The first game is played, using the stage chosen during step 3
- The loser of the previous match announces the next match's stage from either the Neutral Stage List or the Counter Stage List
- The winner of the previous match chooses their character
- The loser of the previous match chooses their character
- Repeat steps 5-7 for all proceeding matches

General Rules:
- Because C.B.K. and S.T.A.R.S events are about fun as much as winning, rude behavior will not be tolerated.
- We have a Zero Tolerance Rule on threats and/or screaming at anyone attending an event, if a player breaks this rule he or she will be escorted off of the event grounds.
- No touching consoles without a TO present, players who do so will be disqualified (This rule is enforced to protect equipment from theft and damage).
- If a problem arises with a controller or in game settings notify a TD, if you finish a game with a loss and then report the mishap no action will be taken.
- Players must report within 5 minutes of posted start time or will be disqualified.
- Bring your own controller for the game(s) you want to play.
- Don't wreck the place. This is at someone's house and treat it the way you would your own.
- No food or drink on carpeted areas.
- No one allowed upstairs. If you get found upstairs 1st time is a warning. 2cd time is getting you kicked out of the tourney area.
