It's called up+B ledge cancel. And yeah, even I do this a lot with link for fun. Everytime I do it on kaillera people pause and are like ''wtf hacker stop cheating.'' Lol.

You can do that in melee and if you push the stick on the ledge dirrection it grabs the ledge, which is way more good then in 64 which sux badly.
