Ness vs Falco?

I think it's pretty neutral, too. I actually use both Falco and Ness, so I know that both are aerial characters. Ness is more mobile in the air and I think he can hold his own on the ground as well. But Falco's reflector can shut down a spammy Ness player, and he can KO at low percentages. Even though several people see Falco as a higher tier, I think a good Ness player is perfectly capable of beating Falco.
In most instances, I'd prefer to use Ness if I'm really playing to win.

Too much PK and you die, Ness.
And PKT2 is simple to get around.
Spotdodge, run, grab, chain, meteor.
Easy as pie.
I don't know.
I've played Ness before, but it was with Marth.
They are both good, but I think that Falco would come on top.
He kicks his reflector, Ness doesn't kick his Magnet.
