-Space your approaches better. Chinesah was just putting up his shield vs. you and grabbing you for free a lot.

-Learn to smash DI the up-air

-If you f-air but you miss because the fox dashed away, you can jab to cover yourself and reset spacing

-CC n-air, b-air, dash attacks and jabs to grab when you can (the first b-air he did to you for example)

-Punish harder out of grabs vs. Fox, especially on FD

-Don't go low vs. Doc, he'll cape you even if you sweetspot. Go high and try to aerial back on, or airdodge or something.

You're messing up a lot of your spacing. Your fairs, dtilts and nairs were all softspotted (yeah technically the nair doesn't have a sweetspot but you were just really close) If you fix that, you should eat Dr. Mario alive.

You're not really grabbing, which is strange to me... and it lets your opponent pretty safely shield anything you do.

You're also not following up on your hits very well in terms of combos and you're edgeguarding very aggressively... you're also jumping from the ledge a LOT which I don't really understand... ledgehop or ledgedash instead, it'll be good for you.

On the same note, you might want to take a look at your recovery...

Against Fox... wow... ummm...

It looks like you're trying to move as fast as your opponent, which just won't work. Marth is not as fast as Fox and you shouldn't play him as if he was. Space yourself out better... that's really all I can say. You didn't get a whole lot of time to make any other mistakes =P

I noticed that you're not really reacting very well to your opponent. It looks like you've developed a lot of reflexive attacks like utilting after shffl'd uairs or shdf after a hit even if your opponent wasn't stunned or hit by the initial thing. That leaves you open to punishment.

So yeah, space yourself a little better and work on reactions. You might want to work a little on your tech skill too... and grab more and combo more. That's... yeah, about it.

Learn to dashdance properly against spacies, I mean chinesah didnt give you much breathing room, so there wasnt that much to critique. The whole match was just you getting punished.

Vs. Boss you easily had that, you got nervous at the last stock and let him be aggressive and that overwhelmed you. when people go aggresive against you learn to shut them down by getting shieldgrabs off constantly, or wavedash into a well spaced Fsmash.

The hitbox covers under the ledge if you try to "sweetspot" and miss just barely to fast fall.
If you up+b really early, he can just forward smash you or whatever.

If you DI towards the stage and then back towards the ledge though, people sometimes mess up their spacing in trying to hit you back out and you can grab the ledge. It's not really something I'd recommend doing a lot, but it's there.

wow dude, fox beat the **** outta ya.
offensively you need to stop trying to attack from the air. you spam the Fair every second, even if the opponent is nowhere near you. grab a lot more. look for openings and grab and then learn to combo from throws. also learn much more edge game, thats marths strong point is edge game. it shouldnt be hard for you to pick that up due to your edge hopping. fox is extremely easy to edge guard. if you play right then you can kill fox quickly just by throwing him off the edge at low percentages. hang by the edge also work on getting around that juggle. other than that youre actually a pretty solid. just dont be too predictable.

Nice "mindlames" against Doc at 2:32, lol. But yeah, the very first thing I noticed was your spacing. You were ALWAYS right in his grill. And I noticed a lot of unnecessary full-hops as well.

You were also edgeguarding really far from the stage, which is fine sometimes but, don't be afraid to play it safe with a fsmash or dtilt to edgeguard. You are good with your spaced uairs, however, there wasn't much that you did out of them.

I also noticed that you stood idle from time to time. I don't know, I may just be biased but, it is always better to be constantly mobile. Not necessarily to be faster or as fast as your opponent, but to keep the tempo of the match going so you can instantly adjust to a changing of pace. It's NEVER a good idea to be a sitting duck.

Keep at it though, I see potential.
