-Work on spacing; you got grabbed way more than you should have.

-Use MT more, especially against D3.

-Don't use your running-grab as an approach; only use it as a punishment.

yeh i worked on spacing but if i come in with an attack he always shields so i thought do a running grab to punish.(i know this sounds a little weird but i dont like using MT that much cause in general i dont like spaming butif needed i will.) but ill try it thanx.(also what should i use as a approch MT?)

I think many of your drawbacks come from inexperience with the character. You string together various moves in a fairly disjointed and variable fashion, the result being that you play an ineffective game and get punished for it. Rather than dashing in, grabbing, using the tornado, and so on, try breaking him down with probing tilts. Rather than using shuttle loop at every opportunity, try using some strong aerial moves, even to gimp recovery!

I think you'll definitely improve with practice though. When did he claim to be best in the region, by the way?
