need some advice

ok so ive been testing out my team and its not going so well, even if i try to follow the competitve metagame. i was thinking of rebuilding my team again, this time with the following pokemon:

starmie
togekiss
swampert
salamence
metagross
gyarados

other pokemon that i would like to consider adding to this team are:

infernape
electivire
tyranitar

i do plan to use this team for doubles. can anyone give me some advice on how i should build this team. i would like to have starmie and salamence as sweepers but im not sure of how to build one effeciently. please let me know. thanx.

What mood4food said. Get some EV spread, item, ability, and moveset ideas for the Pokémon and then make another thread asking for critique on that team. If you need some help, look at some sets on Smogon or Serebii and take a look at this thread.
