Need Marth Criticism

Just coming back to smash in like 3 years help me out please. i suck at the moment and nervous as crap, but im going to get better and this is my first tourney thanks.

I know how to di now because the guy that bodied me showed me how later in that tourney.

i decent and made it out of pools out of 60+ peopel, i think i did alright.

I asked a lot of smashers on what i need to improve and they said the following

1) improve my punish game
2)Play more people
3)Dont be aggressive too much
4)Di

I look at a ton of vids and train a lot at home
I just got to get used to using that knowledge while playing people. An Dl the 20xx hack pack would help haha.

Im open for criticism, im going to get good just wait on it

Hmm, I think this should have been in the video critique thread, looks like you posted it there and then deleted it, haha. Anyways I'll do a quick critique in a bit

Edit: I was gonna do a video analysis cause I like the sound of my own voice but all my attempts turned out kind of crappy IMO, I tend to nitpick and miss the big picture. Maybe just some general things for now.

• I saw you played red Marth in the beginning and went black later. Always play black Marth, he slays
• Your Marth is impressively technical (would run circles around mine, for sure), but you do lots of full hop aerials, dash attacks, and fsmashes in the neutral game. More grabs and dtilts please.
• You DI in which gets you combed a lot (in that falcon game, particularly). At lower %s, up and away DI will probably not get you killed, but it will get you out of combos. At higher %s it can be a guessing game though.
• I don't like your stage striking much. FD vs Falcon isn't much fun, DL vs sheik is like pulling teeth, ugh.

UGH, looking at this Falcon set I really want to do a video analysis, maybe I'll give it another go...
