Need help with Pit's arrow rain/loop

Can some one help me with Pit's arrow rain and arrow loop. I tryed for so long and couldnt do it and there and no tut on how to do it. Can some one explain.

BTW although this is locked and you are all right in what your are saying, none of you need to post here about it, you say "Learn the rules" but the rules do say I can give you points for replying to spam, or for spamming.
