for some reason, i have the hardest time playing against Olimar, any tips/helps is greatly appriciated

need help playing against Olimar

Z-air eats thru pikin to hit olimar.
his recovery is sheer garbage so ledge hog him to no end.
also, if he ever get to 1 or 2 pikmin left, tay in his face and put pressure on him to roll away and then punish accordingly.
counter pick levels such as port town or brinstart. these levels are always my counter picks for olimar.
next time u need help, plz post in my help thread.

My best friend mains an olimar and i have a hard time fighting him. Anticipate and pressure are two concepts that will help you beat a good olimar. the pikmin throw spam must be aoided because damage will rack up and he will KO you once you reach 100-120%. Don't allow him to camp. Put the pressure on and get him off the edge.

Smashing Olimar's face in with a sledge hammer, 24/7!!!
I hate Olimar more than any other character in Brawl. He is this tiny space traveler whose Pikmin cause so much damage, that in the end, Olimar simply has to press Up+A to kill you instantly. Last night, I was in Training with Samus. Now, I play as Samus a lot, and I was training with her against Link. I had Olimar set in Training. My brother says, "No, don't leave. I was to try out Olimar." He claimed that he had never played as Olimar, but when he began to play, he was kicking my butt. I got so angry that I cursed and hit the dresser. I said that this was BS, because my brother doesn't play as Olimar, yet he's kicking my butt. I train with Samus much of the time, and then I lose against this pipsqueak? I was so infuriated.
I tried the z-airs and the Homing Missiles and the f-airs, but he would always roll around one way and the other and throw his stupid Pikmin at me. Then he'd do that BS attack, Up+A and I'd die. I don't understand why Nintendo even put that fool in the game. I don't understand why they made him a powerhouse when he's nothing but shrimp. I don't understand why he gets this Final Smash that you cannot escape. Olimar is in god-tier when it comes to Brawl, and if I couldn't beat my brother when I fought him, then I don't know if I can beat any person who mains Olimar.
