need a picture converted for a sig?

anyone got a picture converter i found an epic picture of pit for my sig
also when you get the picture could you give me some examples of what you can do with it?

converted? like... the format? or you need it rendered? or you need it resized? orrrrrrrrrr...
also you'd need to actually give the pic to someone for them to do this for you, whatever it is you want. post it up here... either link or img code or w/e
