Nas lyrically > Jay-Z. But anyways Jay-Z last album was just decent. Kanye is the new Jay-Z of this generation. Make sure you all cop Graduation on September 11th. Hip-Hop is ALIVE

50 is much better than Cam-Ron. But 50 has beef with EVERYONE. Jay, Nas, Jim Jones, Chamillaire, Kanye, Game,. I hope they all get on a track and Ether him.

And Kanye>>>>>>>>>50 Cent

Well I think that Nas and Jay-Z shouldn't even be in the same catergory in music. Nas is an MC, Jay-Z is a Rapper. Those are two different races in the music industry. That's like when people say that rap and hip-hop is the same thing.NO!!!!!!!!! It's not the same thing. Now I personally think that both of them are two greats in the Hip-Hop/Rap Industry, but I like Nas alot more because he always does his own thing and his rhymes are always poetic to the point that you can feel it. But i'm more of a hip-hop oriented type of person so don't just take my word for it. I just think that Jay-Z is more of a follower then Nas and he just talks about money, cars,h**s, and clothes like most rappers today. His flow is kinda up there with Nas, but it still doesn't make him an MC. That's why I say he's the best rapper right now(or Lil Wayne and Papoose ) and Nas is the best MC(or Lupe Fiasco). PERIOD!!!!:p

I do agree that Nas won the overall beef with Jay-z
but you can't compare Jayz and Nas, they're on their own two different worlds
it's like deciding between Pistol Pete and Magic Johnson with who can do the best basketball tricks. Instead of choose one over the other, just enjoy both for what they both bring to the game.

Oh and uhh, this is how it goes down for the 96

Well, I don't know if you knew, but Lupe Fiasco's Food & Liquor was one of the best selling albums last year(#8 on the 200 billboard,#2 in the Top Hip-Hop/R&B albums billboard, and #1 in Top Rap Albums billboard.) and one of the most intuitive hip hop albums to ever be released. So I would really check that out before you judge him like that. And to tell you the truth, i can't stand Lil Wayne neither, TRUST ME. I just said he was one of the best because he comes out with some pretty good songs from time to time and because his style is kinda cool. But to me he just talks about money WAY to much. Plus, he has ghostwriters. So I really think he sucks a** to tell you the truth. My Bad. One

Yeah I never really listened to Lupe much, i just heard that skate song.. lol
lol! yea, you and the whole world. Nobody really cared to try to listen him just because he came out with kick push.Even though I thought kick push was a great song, he has alot better on his food and liquor album.Trust me, his album is a big upgrade to just that song. You should really look up some of his music, you would be amazed. But it's understanding why you think he is whack, so I aint really made at you. Just listen to his songs, not just the title or the typical meaning.(I AM TALKING TO EVERYBODY WHEN I SAY THAT) Peace.

Lupe knows what he's doing I like his song's he has a different style that I like, but yeah people should give him a shot he has some good songs besides kick push. He ain't so bad lyrically either he doesn't talk about the usual **** that you hear over and over.

What you guys think about the brewing 'beef' between 50 and Cassidy. 50 cent's new single, "I get money", jacked cassidy's "I'm a hustler" beat and lil flip's chorus off his own track titled the same thing. Cassidy then took the 'i get money' beat and had a lot of subliminal jabs towards 50.

I get money had the same beat as I'ma Hustla?

Since when? lol
"Is it just me or has anyone else noticed the similarities in concept and production between 50 Cent's "I Get Money" and Cassidy's "I'm a Hustla." The drums on 50's new single sound like they were xeroxed from the Swizz Beatz-laced "I'm a Hustla." In fact, Cassidy took it upon himself to highlight this point by rhyming over the "I Get Money" instrumental.

He even plays a sample of "I'm a Hustla," at the end of his freestyle, to silence doubting Thomases. Is Cassidy somehow challenging 50 to a battle? Or is this merely a publicity stunt by Cass, whose new album, The Barry Adrien Reese Story(B.A.R.S.), is set for early October?"

Uhh no, the drums in the back are the same
many songs that use the same samples have drums in the same places.

Not often, but sometimes.

Cass & fifty don't have any beef anyway.

cass is way better than fif though, and he can't sell, so dissing him would be a wise move. lol
