I know a few combos with Luigi and all since I'm with Luigi (although I've been playing with Fox/Falco for about 3 years in melee/brawl), but like around 85% of the time I can pull off a WD/WL with him, but should I make that as my primary form of movement?

Yes. Very yes. Mainly because it's the fastest way to get around as luigi. It also increases your options of play by over 9000.

yeah dude, ,luigi is one of the slowest melee characters, is even slower than bowser... so u really need to WD.. And if ur new welcome to the melee community dude
