Hello there fellow Make Your Move contestants!

As many of you know already know, I will be creating my own SSE story in MYM4. While the actual story won't begin for some time, I have decided to begin slowly collecting characters to make up the roster of my SSE, due to the large amount of move sets that have already been planned for this contest.

For now, there are 50 slots total. You may nominate any move sets that you've made or will be making, <!--break--> but please try to nominate one that you know for sure will be finished sometime during MYM4's lifespan. Multi-Characters (Shiek/Zelda) will count as one slot.

If you do nominate someone, please include the character's name and a brief description, so that I can keep the character acting appropriatley. This can be done either via PM or through comments on this blog post.

Well, I'll get this off the ground by going ahead and submitting some entries.

1: Cortex and Tiny
Unlike most team characters, separating them would be somewhat awkward due to Tiny being much more powerful alone then Cortex. If done right though, this could be even more interesting. As far as personality, Tiny's a typical stupid strong type, loyal to his master, while Cortex desires world domination, being genius at making elaborate plans and machinery, but lacking common sense.

2: Dimentio
A completely and utterly cruel character. He is willing to do whatever it takes to get what he wants, even if it takes thousands of years of pretending to be loyal. He cares for noone but himself, and regularly back stabs people to further his goal of wiping out all life and making a new dimension in his name.

3: Klump and Krusha
Krusha is completely and utterly ********, but ridiculously strong. Klump on the other hand isn't much brighter then Krusha, but uses military weaponry. Both are loyal to K. Rool. In this moveset, BKupa and I are having Klump be playable and Krusha be like Nana, so if they're separated, Klump's the only one who can be playable, mind you.

4: AI Colonel
You can do pretty much whatever you want with him. He could be a computer program used by someone else, but his purpose shouldn't be to directly defeat enemies, but to trick then into thinking he's the real Colonel Campbell and leading them to their doom. Eventually when he shows up to actually be fought, he needs to start malfunctioning like crazy, as his moveset is based off of that state. You could also simply use him as a random humurous character not related to the main plot, already in his malfunctioning state.

I'm holding off on the joker since I'm not 100% sure he'll happen, but those 4 requests should be solid anyway.

Being a big fan of Paper Mario and Donkey Kong Country, I could definitley portray Dimentio and Krusha/Klump well, so they're in. AI Colonel also makes the cut due to the potential of the kinds of things I could do with him.

For now, Cortex and Tiny will have to wait, but if I end up with a character shortage they'll be at the top of the waiting list.

Sync

A strategic, calm, cold general and colonel that doesn't really care about anybody. He rarely speaks when he doesn't have to. Sync fights with his hands in a very fast style, also able to use powerful wind-attributed fonic artes (magic attacks, basically) and Daathic fonic artes (generally able to be done only by certain people).

Meh, I might edit this post with another character later.

And a question on editing blog posts: Do I have to do it to both the thread and the original? Or is there something I'm missing here?

With a roster of 50, having 3 movesets in is perfectly satisfying. Don't feel forced to use any characters of mine you don't want to, I'll be sure to end up glorifying my own creations as Sakurai did his (Although not as much and not as blatantly).

I only edited the blog post for my review page, never the thread. You have to edit both if you want it to show up in both. I'd suggest editing the blog if you're only going to do one of the two.

Hurray!!! More SSEs

1. Trunks
A DBZ character. If you watch the DBZ show, you would know that Trunks cares a lot about people he cares about (like the time when Future Gohan died, Trunks exploded and turned super saiyan.) He can be a valiant fighter, that knows (or thinks) that he can win a fight (like that time when Trunks told Freexa that he stood no chance against him, and utterly destroyed Freeza.)

2. Milly
A Baten Kaitos Origins character. Since pretty much no one has ever played the game, its going to be hard to explain. Milly is a cheerful girl (making her a cocky kind of fighter), though there times when she acts like a rude kind of girl (for example, one time she says, "Please, is that anyway to treat a girl that just saved your life?" or when she says "Sorry, but i had to help you. I couldn't stand seeing such poor defenseless people get hurt.) Though there are times when she reveals her true emotions that she truly does care for people.

I might think about putting in Guillo or Ilyana, so hold on lol.

Just so you guys know, I'm gonna try to get 3 sets from all of the MYM3 regulars, so I guess you could consider that the "limit" on nominees. Don't wory though about trying to come up with 3 characters right away to get them in, I can always increase the roster size if need be, and this SSE probably won't start till Christmas, so there's plenty of time.

edit: Trunks has been added. I'll wait until TWILTHERO decides on his other nominees before I add any of his others.

Say, Hyper_Ridley, you're familiar with Orca, right? Every SSE has room for a wise teacher in the art of combat who used to be a celebrated warrior, right?

That's pretty much all that there is to know about his character, too. Well, you've played Wind Waker, right? You already know what little there is about him.

And I HAVE started on him, and I'm having a blast working on him, so I'm almost positive I'll see this one through. Sooo how about it? Pleeeeease?

I think he should work alone primarily. Also wouldn't it be cool if he makes another ROB and this one fights the other one? Or he could clone characters with his cloning machine.....

Sure thing. I believe this is also my first move set from you, in which case, great, I love to rep more authors.
