I'll be posting my arts in only this topic. I'll post new ones, but this is an (old) preview of what I'm capable of. My art style is ever improving, so please enjoy the show.

I don't know how I feel about the difference in coloring between link and the fields. Could anyone else comment on this please, I need some others opinions.

IE Links coloring is flat, while the bg is almost like watercolor.
I've been contemplating this for some time.

Here's the story. I started coloring Link with markers, but then I realized that I was missing a few essential colors. Also this was 4 months ago, I'll try to post newer art today :D Hopefully there's a significant difference. I kinda think so.

Oh and the BG is Colored Pencils. I TRIED to add shadow, although somewhat unsuccessful.

April 2009. Done in about 5-10 minutes. Tablet. One of my first tries at the "Dynamic Manga-style Perspective".Sorry about the failed post earlier, my tablet was acting up.

Holy crap! Even I was suprised on how this turned out! For a 25-30 min. pic and this being a pose I've NEVER done in such a perspective (or many of my drawing for that matter), call me impressed! Anyway for the pic story. Think of this as a sequel to "My First Oekaki pic" where mario is standing next to the flag pole. While Mario is okay with 100 points, Luigi is more than happy to try for that 5000. His comedic nature will prolly have him overshoot it and enter the never-ending stage for about 5 minutes (before passing-out), but the hidden awsomeness inside will have him getting 8000 pts and a free 1-up shroom to boot, while getting free coins and fireworks. Rate outta 5 and comment, PLEASE.

like the angle/perspective of the first.
Line work is good, (though some would argue this, for w.e reason there are people who hate sketchy look like that)

Oh wow, second picture is really awesome. I think the sketchy-ness goes well with the action and feeling of the piece. Awesome job on perspective, too.

Hey guys, it's been a while since I updated this, what with moving and school and all. But I managed to make this 5 minute quickie for Thanksgiving. Here's to all you Smashers!
