(Sorry for no pictures/videos, I'm lazy and so this guide will just be a wall of text XD. Also this is my guide to Ness, all stratergies I talk about aren't confirmed to work well by 'pros'. I just think they're good.)

All right so no one else has commented in this thread yet.

I think this is a pretty good guide. There is a lot of great information there that is very useful. It's not presented in the best way, with it all being the same color text. But I will definitely say that this is the best general Ness guide that has been posted yet! This is really great work. You definitely know your stuff! You should participate more on the boards!
