Just a question then...what exactly are we supposed to talk about in this thread then if his intentions weren't for other people to post their lists? Apart from just saying "Oh hey I like this list" or "WTF KIND OF LIST IS THAT!? IT SUCKS," I honestly can't think of anything to do or say that would allow for any type of discussing.

And if his intentions were to just show off his collection without allowing anyone else to post theirs because he wanted the spotlight to be entirely on him, then that would more than likely make him an ***. And for the sake of hope, I really don't think he is one. So go run off and be angry in a corner or something. We're trying to have fun here.

Honestly, I actually sort of forgot that we were in the user blogs section when I posted what I said, but you are right. This sort of doesn't belong here. Oh, but for future reference I'd like it noted that the content of the type of blog that you mentioned and the 'type' of 'blog' I mentioned are completely different, in the sense that one posts your own human emotions whereas his is just a list of games, which contain no human emotions.

Generally, in a blog about yourself, you're going to talk about your successes or failures in a type of venting, and honestly, people giving their opinions and congratulations on the subject are generally just like added bonuses. Even when you do expect feedback, it's never so big of a deal when you don't really get it (generally, of course. Although I will admit I'm biased on the idea of someone completely expecting people to care about their feelings).

My reasoning for saying that he would be an *** wasn't to talk about the fact that the spotlight was on him (although that is how it sounded...sorry about that), but the idea that he'd do it using a materialistic aspect; much like how you'd probably think that someone is an *** if they tried to blatantly gain the spotlight by showing off their new phone or something else of the sort, almost in an "I'm better than you" type of persona. To me, that is justified for calling someone an ***.

This post, however, did not seem contain such an attitude. It was more like reading a blog on myspace that someone posted after seeing a few other people make a blog/bulletin out of it. In which case, you'd generally join in and post your own list, much like others are doing. ^.^

As to the fact I don't have SSB64, I bought the N64 from a friend last week and I haven't gotten a chance to get any games I've wanted for it such as Smash Bros.

Animal Crossing

I never could get into Animal Crossing. I don't know why, it just didn't appeal to me. But hey, everyone has their tastes, right?

Custom Robo

I never played Custom Robo, but it does look like an interesting game. If I ever get the chance to I want to play it.

Donkey Konga 2

Here's another one that never really had any appeal to me. I don't know why, but music game never really held my interest for too long.

Donkey Kong Jungle Beat

This game proved, once and for all, that a game doesn't need a storyline. DK:JB was one of the funnest games I've ever played. And it had no story other than, "here are some bad guys." Fun times, fun times.

F-Zero GX

While the previous title, F-Zero X was more based around 90s rock music and didn't have much of a futuristic style to it, F-Zero GX really gave it that futuristic look. I have to say that I liked this one more than I liked X. Then again, most sequels are better than the one before it.

Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life

The Harvest Moon series has never appealed to me.

Kirby Air Ride

Man, I remember Air Ride! I used to play that game all of the time before something happened to my copy (I think I either sold it, lost it, or accidentally broke it). City Trail, ftw!

Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

The best in the Zelda series, no doubt about it. Although I've only played the Wii version.

Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker

Another great installment in the Zelda series, one of my favorite games too.

Mario Kart: Double Dash!!

A friend of mine owned this, it was a fairly good game. It's been a long time, though.

Mario Party 7

I honestly think that the Mario Party series started sucking after 4. But hey, some people liked the later installments I guess.

Mega Man X Collection (Consisting of: Mega Man X,2,3,4,5,6 and Mega Man: Battle & Chase)

The Mega Man series was always one that I've wanted to get into, although I've only played Mega Man 7 way back then. I should pick this up if I ever come across it.

Metroid Prime

This is one of the best FPS' ever made, good choice!

Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door

Congratulations, you've played one of the best RPGs ever made!

Pokemon Colosseum

I thought that this was the best game in the Pokemon series. First, it had an actual plot, it carried a much darker and dystopian tone to it as apposed to the often-colorful and bright handles, plus you could get Gold/Silver pokemon in it. Too bad the sequel kind of sucked.

Sonic Adventure DX: Directors Cut

Hmmm.... hmmm. Good choice. Although I thought that Sonic Adventure 2 was a much better game, the first one was great also.

StarFox Adventures

I was one of the few people who liked this game. Good choice!

StarFox Assault

I consider this to be the best in the Starfox series, another great addition to any collection.

Super Mario Strikers

I never played the first one, so no comment.

Super Mario Sunshine

This was a really good game. I wish I still had my copy.

Super Monkey Ball 2

Never played it, probably never will.

Don't worry...I was partially joking about owning SSB64. I don't even have a N64, so I'm definitely not one to talk. XD

As for some suggestions of games...I guess I can try and give a few?

Playstation:
-Metal Gear Solid. I don't know if you like stealth-action games, but hey. This is considered one of the best games on the PS1, so it's definitely worth looking into getting.
-FF 7, 8, 9, Tactics. You don't have any Final Fantasy games on your list, so I'm assuming you don't really like them too much...but I might as well throw them out there. I highly doubt you'll ever find any of those for a good price, though. Last I knew, a used copy of FF 7 usually went for about $70. Actually...I wouldn't expect much luck with Metal Gear Solid, either. You may get lucky, though.
-Twisted Metal 1 & 2. I <3 these games. I don't know if you would, but they were always really fun, if you ask me.

N64:
-Super Smash Bros. Duuhhh. This was an obvious one. XD
-Pokemon Snap. This game is really short, but surprisingly enough it still kicks major *** and is fun as hell.
-Pokemon Stadium 1 & 2. I never really got into them too much, but a lot of other people seem to like them so why not?
-Perfect Dark. I don't really remember this game quite well, but I remember it being a pretty decent FPS.
-Banjo Kazooie. Fun game; not much else to say.
-Conker's Bad Fur Day. Just simply kicks ***. Some sort of 3rd person shooting game involving little animals.
-Donkey Kong 64. Another really fun game.

Gameboy:
-Fire Emblem and Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones. You seem to like Roy, so why not? Neither of them really feature Roy, but they're still Fire Emblem.

Gamecube:
This list doesn't really have much needed. My only real inclusions might be Pikmin, but meh. Oh yeah, and Tales of Symphonia. Great game.

Wii:
I don't really ever play Wii...the only thing I can really say is maybe Mario Kart Wii? That game is pretty hardcore for a Mario Kart title.

DS:
-Mario Kart DS. Considered the best Mario Kart game by a lot of reviewers. Great fun.
-Metroid Prime: Hunters. This game is the ****. Thanks to using the stylus to aim, it's actually more like a FPS on a PC than it is like that on a console. Plus, it has a nice Unreal Tournament type of feel thanks to being able to choose your character and such.
-Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon. It's got Marth! :D Plus, it's actually the original Fire Emblem game but 'revamped', so if you like Fire Emblem, it's basically one that you'd want to pick up.
-Animal Crossing: Wild World. If you liked the original, then you'll love this. This is interchangeable with Animal Crossing: City Folks (or whatever it's called) for the Wii, as well.
-Custom Robo Arena. Once again...if you liked the original, then you'll love this. Actually, I found this even more addicting than the one for Gamecube. It's just as frustrating though, if not more. This game was actually the cause of me breaking the last DS I owned. :\


It's not too many, but I'm also not too familiar with a lot of the systems you have. There are definitely a lot more, so just search around. Once again, your list is actually really good overall. Much better than mine. x_x

Sonic Adventure 2 Battle is definitely a solid purchase for the GC, especially if you've got DX.

For PSone, there are too many games I could recommend, so I'll name a few.
- Jade Cocoon (The best 3D console RPG you'll play. Seriously.)
- Running Wild (A lulzy racing game with animals XD)
- Tiny Tank (A Third Person Shooter were you play as a talking, singing tank)
- Crash Bandicoot 2 (BEST. GAME. EVAR!!11! - seriously, you need to 106% that game)

However, your list makes my 80+ PS2 game collection, as well as an unknown amount of games from my other consoles, seem a little too big
