My Brawl Is Broken?

Whenever I go online to play with people on my friends roster, it crashes. Right when it is supposed to start the match, I can hear a beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep noise and the only way to off it is to pull the plug. The first time this happened was when I was using Ocarina codes to play as Giga Bowser online, but it happens when I play the game normally. Can anyone with experience of Ocarina codes help me?

Try the disk on a different Wii if it works your Wii might be semi bricked

or if the disk doesn't work on the other Wii you might have a faulty disk

If you try that, then how will you know if your friends Wii isn't bricked?
