Absolutely loving the idea, personally he was/is/always will be my favourite AC character. Even seeing him as an AT would be sweet but honestly I think he'd be perfect to be playable. Moreso than Tom Nook, I just don't really see him as a fighter, and he's in the background of the stage (yeah I know about all that "He might not be there when playing" but still...).

I just think AC should have a character to go with the stage, and he is without a doubt to me the perfect candidate, thought it right after I read the update about the stage actually XD as I'm sure many Resetti fans would've. ^_^ The 'Reset to Unlock' idea sounded hilarious too XD fit him perfectly.

Mr. Ressetti would be a PERFECT AT.

Think about it, when activated Mr. R would pop out and begin to lecture endlessly. Victims will be left motionless and bored as Mr. Ressetti talks and talks. Its user is free to roam the stage or attack their opponents.

Maybe the victims percentage will go up slowly?

Since Tom Nook has been basically disconfirmed, Animal Crossing needs a rep. who better than Mr. Ressetti as an AT?

This actually sounds pretty cool. I always thought Mr. Resetti was cool in Animal Crossing. He was pretty fun seeing him and his temper whenever the game was reset. I also thought how he left after being fed up was way too funny. Anyway, that moveset does sound reasonable, but I think the Special-B moves could use a little more work.

no character that meats the rules has no chances. are his chances low, yes, but that is by no means no chance. he is a major character from a hit nintendo series who's other character appear to have become stage people.

resetti had little support to be in smash before the smashville stage was released, but now that all those characters in the background have been decomfirmed according to many, resetti has drawn the attention to himself away from tom nook, the former animal crossing favorite.

many evidence like the logo and stage itself, has leaded to resetti being one of the only remaining animal crossing representatives.

And I suspect that since, in SSBM, you reset the game to get his trophy, SSBB would unlock him the same way (if he's in it).

np, its the longest resetti thread out of 5 and it convinced me that an AC character could work.

i also have an idea for a final smash, although it turns into a mingame
final smash

resetti says a 5 button combo (a,a,b,z,a for example)
and the player has 5 seconds to repeat it before he is savagely mauled by resetti
