Let it be true! But let's not jump the gun.

Considering we know that ariel combat is going to be even more prevalent in ssbb, Ridley is a very probable newcomer. Sakurai totally knew what he was doing when he released this information. It wouldn't suprise me if he finds it somewhat amussing how he can ignite threads with something so very simple. Let's not get to carried away with a 90% presumption though, afterall it is just an announcement of music.

Absolutely Magnificent!!! This was a perfect choice of action music for Kenji Yamamoto, and could possibly have absolutely nothing to do with a chararcter Ridley. But hey fingers crossed.

I wouldn't get your hopes up. I, for one, love Ridley but just a song being in the game doesn't officially mean a confirmed character. For instance: They had Kraid's theme in Melee but he wasn't in it (Of course, it would be impossible unless they could've squeezed fake Kraid in the game), and they had the Balloon Fighter theme but he wasn't in it. I really would like to see Ridley in the game but I've always wondered...What would his moveset be like? You notice Ridley never punches or kicks in the Metroid games. Unless they make him slash people with his claws and do that one move that Bowser does in Melee where he bumps into people with his back...I dunno though.

While I'm not saying that Ridley won't be in Brawl, I don't feel that this music will affect whether or not he's in.

What I mean is, I think Sakurai would choose this music regardless of whether Ridley was in or not- because it's so intense and dramatic.

This stuff was EPIC. That music beats Melee 100%. There should still be custom soundtracks and I think that it will probabley be a metroid stage. If not a stage then a character. If not a Character a boss. If not a Boss, a trading card. yes trading cards. Screw trophys. BELEIVE>

That's because it IS music from a boss battle. This wasn't composed just for melee. That compisistion was in Prime 1 AND 2.

I really don't like the midi feel to it. They could have easily converted it to a higher quality, or used some better synthesiser settings and such. This sounds like N64.

Just to say it correct, it doesn't show power, at least not as much as the other themes already heard.
