Moving and shooting. will this affect characters?

Think about it

if you can move and shoot with items then why not with your characters?
like imagen running with samus shooting 10 missiles and pushing your opponent of the edge while moving forward all the time.
It would be great.
or chasing your oponents while using that rapid fire gun fox has.

Hmmm, well this would give projecticle characters, A HUGE advantage over characters like DK and Bowser.

I could see it happening, though I'm pretty sure they will balance the game play so non projectile characters have something just as good.

That wouldn't work. Think about it, to run, you have to hold forward. If you're holding forward and you press B, it would sort of work with Samus, although you'd outrun your own missile. And with Fox you wouldn't shoot at all.
